Matt and Greg were outstanding in every single way. From communicating to the amazing delivery and pick up service with equipment in perfect, clean condition — truly amazing service and the price is so amazing. Small gestures like a water bottle to quick instructions to get us underway, I would 100% do this again when in Phoenix!
We rented from Smitty's and had a great experience. Matt was great to deal with. Bikes came with a cold water and storage bag which were very useful. We rode the 16mi route from Foothills Aquatic Centre. Will rent from them again. They had the earliest start times and best rates. Bikes were in great condition. Appreciate the instruction on the bike features to get best operation.
#AccordingToArmon Mathew Smith is the man!!! My wife & I came out to Phoenix and had a BLAST!!!! We rented two bikes for 8 hours and it cost us $170 total! Each individual bike came with an additional battery, and depending on the amount of electrical usage, each battery could definitely last more than 5+ hours! There were 7 speeds, and we could go up to 20 MPH! We are definitely going to buy some for home to preserve the life of our vehicles!! Thank you so much Matt for being so amazing & down to earth! You have absolutely received 2 more customers! Kudos to Matt!
Smitty’s made the bike rental process SO easy! All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. They come right to you for wonderful convenience. The bikes are easy to use and so much fun!
I rented the bikes for myself and family visiting from out of town. The owners and staff were great to deal with and schedule our ride. When we got the bikes the young man that dropped them off explained everything and made sure we all were comfortable. We had a blast and totally recommend them. I will do it again and may even purchase one from Smitty’s. Thanks Smitty’s for a fun day.
We had a wonderful time on the e-Bikes from Smitty's! We all were able to ride the trail for 2 hours! Great way to spend the day! Highly recommend!
My friend and I wanted to ride EBikes for the first time when visiting in Phoenix, AZ. We did our research and found Smitty's to be the most reputable, offering the best deals on rentals, as well as making the renting process so much more available and easy to maneuver. We weren't sure which day would be best for us until the actual day opened up. I called Smitty's & left a voicemail. Within a minute or 2, Smitty called me right back. When I told him we hoped for something that day, he checked his schedule znd managed to actually fit us in late that afternoon. Smitty's son, Matt, wss such a gentleman when asking for our names payment information, and he was sure to answer all of our questions. He's really knowledgeable about the whole process. Smitty met us at a nearby park and began by letting us choose pur EBikes. Then he proceeded with lessons on how to operate the bikes, safety, and even including his own phone number in case we needed him during our ride which we did once when we forgot how to restart the bike sfter stopping when we saw a few coyotes and wanted to watch them from afar. Once our time was over, Smitty was there agsin to collect the bikes and we chatted a bit with him before it was time to leave. Its so nice to do business with good folks who love what they do and are professional, responsible, and personable. If that's the kind of place you're looking for, USE SMITTY'S!!
We had great family outing! Smitty's was great. On time, nice equipment and all we needed was supplied. We had a flat tire on one of the bikes, and it was replaced by Smitty no problem. We would book with them again.
Amazing service! Would highly recommend Smittys. We rented e-bikes for a week. They provided delivery and pick up service, awesome bikes and amazing customer service. I mentioned over the phone that I was worried the seat would be uncomfortable. When they arrived my bike had a gel cover on the seat. Father and son Greg and Matt provide exceptional service
Such a fantastic experience. They were super helpful from beginning to end. They made sure we had bikes that we were all comfortable on. They provided suggested areas for us to explore and were very prompt for pick up when it was time to return the bikes. We will definitely rent again from here the next time we are in Phoenix.
