Smokers Heaven

I thought this was a discount cigarette store but it was more expensive than what I'm used to, plus the employees didn't even know the prices of cartons. But they did have what I needed, so it wasn't that bad. May be they should name it smokers hut not haven, the name is misleading in my opinion.

Tried to call multiple times over multiple days to no avail. They don't answer their phone and there's no answering machine. Let ring 8+ times a try. I'm due to be here over a year. Guess that's 1/week 52+ cartons they don't want to sell... Update- March 30, 2019. Gave them another chance and yet again they don't answer their phone.

Customer service could be better and hours of operation need to be extended

Looking for Crackheads and homeless people look no further! Nestled in the heart of Lake Charles you will find this Oasis of nastiness. You can't stop to get gas without being harassed by the vermin they let camp out in the parking lot. Forget about using the bathroom as you will have to run a maze of crackheads sitting in front of the door. It's a shame because it's in a prime location. I would like to stop and get gas and maybe a beer after work but I value my safety. I'm working nights now and when I pass by at 4 in the morning they always have 5 to 10 crackheads just sitting or sleeping in the parking lot. I guess their management just doesn't care.

Everything you need

I buy everything but gas from here. Rumor has it that the gas is mixed with water. I'm putting it here for everyone to be aware in case anyone's vehicle begins to start tripping.

For all your Smoking needs!!! For all the Smoker's... They have cigars black & milds , cigarellos, Swishers, Optimos. Great convenient store friendly faces right here at home. Courteous service great prices and good snacks and drinks. All right there for the special people in Lake Charles Louisiana!
