Smokin' Bowls is a family run food truck by owner, Gary Manes, and nephew, Andrew Manes, that aims to bring you traditional ramen with a unique southern twist. Established in 2017 as the first and only ramen truck in Nashville, Smokin' Bowls embraces its southern roots by adding in smoked meats with traditional style noodles, fresh ingredients and home made broths.
