Yummy! Ribs and brisket were both delicious. Didn't care for the potato salad, but the coleslaw was good! All the desserts were great too! They even gave my nephew a little rubber piggy, and he was so happy!Food: 5/5
Amazing barbecue. I can tell why it was so busy. Took almost an hour to get our food and it was jam packed in there but definitely worth the wait! A large group of us got a few two meat meal options. The ribs are fantastic as well as the brisket. Simple drink choices, but they were stocked. The staff was a little flushed, but for the obvious reason of being packed, although, they still did a great job of being attentive and in good spirits. Must go place to eat if you’re traveling from Texas to Oklahoma or vice versa.
If I wanted to order like at I was at a fast food restaurant I would go to fast food. And then they have prime rib one day gone another. I'm sure the BBQ is good, but there's more to a restaurant than food. Stadler is rude, and they don't carry Pepsi unless you want Pepsi zero or diet. If you ask for Pepsi, the young staff get rude with you this place was once a good place to eat now they think they are to big and famous to care for a customer. Never again will I spend the money for their food.
This is the true southern BBQ experience. Tried this spot while on a trip in Oklahoma. I went with the half chicken and brisket. Chicken was very juicy with that smokey flavor. Brisket was smoked to perfection with the outer smoke rings on the meat. The food is put on a baking sheet with wax paper on it. The presentation of meal gives a authentic bbq vibe. There were 4 different bbq sauces on table which were all tasty. My wife got the hot links and they had a spicey tang to them. Try this place out CHEERS!
We came to visit back in Sept 2022 and I totally forgot to give my review. But let me tell you. If we are back around the area again we will definitely come back. The food was delicious and you get your fair share of it. We ended up having to get to go boxes for all of us. The people were very friendly as well and had no problem going over something in the menu with you. The kids loved the atmosphere inside and out as well.
Food was amazing. Had enough to bring home for another meal. Well worth the stop!Food: 5/5
My brother recommended this place for us. We flew into Dallas and was driving up to Norman, OK and was craving BBQ. This place did not disappoint at all. Portions are generous… brisket was outstanding. Nice tangy BBQ sauces. This place is not from the highway so easy on/off. Definitely would go again if we are in the area.
Going to start off with the good. The sliced brisket sandwich I got was very tasty, the fries were hot and crispy. If I was rating this experience just on food I’d give it 4 stars only because I have had better. However, I shouldn’t be hungry still after spending over $18 at a small town BBQ. The price was expensive. My friend got a two meat platter and it was over $25 and the portions were very minimal. I can count on one hand the bbq places I have eaten at that I would be willing to spend that kind of money for that quantity of food and unfortunately they just didn’t hit that mark. Again, the little bit of food I did receive for the high price was tasty, not to die for, but tasty. The decor was bleak and mismatched. It’s worth a try, but won’t be my go to spot.
Nice large portions and tasty food. My meal pictured was about $20. It's a very busy, loud restaurant with lots of seating inside and out.Food: 5/5
Not a bad place to eat. Definitely not southern BBQ though. This is east coast BBQ to a T. No signs to direct you where to go once your inside so we stood there looking goofy until someone seated had to tell us they did the same th8ng and to walk down the wall to the register. Self service drink station which I prefer. Food was not bad, not sure what the heck theyre thinking with the beans exactly.... and hot links need more flavor... Sweet tea was great!! Would go back again if ever back in area. If you find this review helpful a thumbs up would be awesome. I do travel and make detailed reviews to help other people. -Thanks!!
