Husband and I stayed in the Baby Bear cabin for 5 nights, very clean and nice. This place is a must stay if you want to rent a cabin or if you have a camper. Camp ground is nice and clean, showers are big and clean. 5 star all the way around.Rooms: 5/5

This campground is very accommodating. The facilities are very clean and well taken care of. It has a 10/10/10 rating from Good Sams. The staff are very helpful and do the very best they can to make your stay a good one. They have a small playground with a basketball hoop, a slide and swings. There is also a pool an hot tub. It is the perfect place if you want to get away from the busyness of everyday life. Very peaceful. The campground also has cabins and tent areas. Nearby activities: Very close to walking trails and entrances to the Smoky Mountain National Park and several larger playgrounds
We stayed for a week at Smoky Bear Campground. Family of 5, 3 kids. This Campground was amazing. Beautiful place very well kept. Staff is amazing and will help you with anything. We also had our dog with us. Everything was so clean and beautiful. The kids enjoyed all the friendly people and the pool and making a fire. Definitely would come here again and again!
We camped here for 4 days. Really enjoyed the campground. Very well maintained and spacious sites. We stayed on site 45. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Close proximity to the areas attractions. We will definitely be back.Service: 5/5
We stayed here a couple of nights with out RV Motorhome and had wonderful experience. The booking process was made easy and the RV pad was large enough for our 38 foot motorhome and it accommodated our toad vehicle that we didn’t disengage. We used the pool and hot tub both days and the Hot tub was really HOT which is hard to find now a days. The bathhouse was very clean and shower pressure was great. The employees were all very friendly and helpful explaining the surroundings and advising things to do in the area. Overall it was a great experience and we hope to come back again soon. We highly recommend this campground to everyone!
The owners Patrick & Claire and staff were so caring and amazing. I will stay here every time I travel through the smokys on our way to family in NC. Our dog is a celebrity there and will always be remembered. He got out, paniced and on the highway and lost and no one gave up for 4 hours till he was safely back in my arms. I will forever be thankful for the way there arranged search staff. Spread the word and rallied all the campers. Nearby activities: Great smoky mountains. Gatlinburg Pigeon forge Noteworthy details: Most caring staff one could find.
Smoky bear campground was a great place to be and very close to the great smoky mountains and gatlinburg. They were so personable and they made you feel like you’re at home. I would recommend this place to anyone. We were at the tent site, which was very quiet and peaceful. The pool and bathrooms were the cleanest I’ve seen.Rooms: 5/5
Just got home today from spending a week at this campground. Personally I think it’s in a great spot close enough to most of the busy towns, but away from the noise of the tourist traps at night. We stayed in the mama bear cabin and it is so perfect for two people. The most comfortable mattress, and plenty of space to feel like home. The covered deck was so nice to sit and listen to the rain when it did rain a few times. The prices are absolutely fantastic for this little gem. The bathrooms and the showers up at the bath house were the cleanest showers and bathrooms I’ve ever seen in a campground, the laundry room was absolutely immaculate as well and all of the washers and dryers worked how they are supposed toif you camp, you know. The very first morning I locked myself and my boyfriend out of the cabin when we woke up and went to sit outside on the deck, I very anxiously walked up to the office, and used the emergency number to call and ask for a key to save our lives and within minutes we were greeted at the door half asleep but happily and given the spare key to let ourselves back in. I spent a lot of time in RV parks as a kid and this is a great park with a great atmosphere.
We had a terrific experience!! The staff were very friendly and super helpful and accommodating! Campground was clean, easy to maneuver with a large rig, and bathrooms were outstanding! Would definitely stay again! We didn’t have a need for the laundry, but it was available and the pool was closed for the season, but the hot tub was open and that was nice! Short drive to Gatlinburg but plenty of hiking nearby too!
