Chris is fantastic at what she does. She is reliable and quick to respond, not to mention very knowledgeable and personable. I firmly believe it would sully my reputation as an attorney to use a process server who mistreats opposing parties, overbills my clients, or doesn't provide prompt information on service but I feel 100% comfortable and secure hiring Chris and Smoky Mountain Process and Legal Services to work for my clients and me.

Chris was thorough, explained the process, gathered all the information from me, and was able to use her expertise to locate/serve the individual within a couple days. Chris was amazing! She drove all the way out to Roger D Wilson with minimal notice. The service provided was exceptional and her professional demeanor put me at ease. I need an affidavit notorized before I could get married. 2 days later and I'm now Mrs. Smith! If it was for Chris, my marriage never would have come to fruition.

When I was looking for a process server in the Knoxville area I had called a few places and I actually still haven't heard anything back from the other companies I contacted. But, when I called Smokey Mountain Process I was immediately connected with Chris who went out the very next day and served the documents. I was shocked with how easily she was able to adapt to incoming tasks and get things done so quickly. Also, communication was fantastic and I didn't need to ask for any updates or check in because she was providing information about what she had done and what to expect in such a timely manner.
