Smoothie King is horrible! I ordered curbside pick up at this location you on March 21st at 3:55pm and was told that my order would be complete at 4:03pm. After sitting in my car until 4:20pm I decided to call to let them know that I was there. There was a girl that answered the phone and said we don’t do curbside pick up and your going to have to wait to get your smoothie because it’s busy in here. I was super confused on how rude she was and the fact that my smoothies had not been made and also that I would have to go inside and wait to get it after ordering for curbside pick up. I got my refund and will never return!
The smoothies are good but pricey. There was only one person working and a long wait. My advice would be to make your own smoothie for half the price and none of the wait. There is no way that one person can handle everything on the day before Christmas.
Smoothie King used to be excellent but ever since they got new ownership this place is a disaster. The employees are rude and management doesn’t care. We used to go here 2x a week and now the smoothies are so inconsistent that we refuse to go there. I hope management reads these reviews and makes some changes, but I doubt it.
TERRIBLE! STAY AWAY! We bought two smoothies and they had multiple pieces of plastic in them! Went in to get a refund and the manager who repeatedly said he has a 4.0 in law school LOL, like dude just give me my refund refused to refund us. He poured out our smoothies and said there were no pieces of plastic; literally just poured them down the drain. No apology whatsoever for the danger of pulling razor sharp pieces of plastic out of our straws. Then the African American girl with dreads had a foul mouth because it was mentioned that she wasn’t wearing a mask while being in food service. She literally yelled that she “didn’t care” about hygiene or that they fed us plastic. Absolutely terrible manager who did not apologize and only wanted to tell us how smart he was. If he was smart, he would have just refunded the money. Customer service has been called.
I’ve always liked this location. The smoothies are consistently good and I love their Friday deals! The are pretty fast with making them too. I’ve come in many times and they are usually busy. I don’t think Ive ever waited longer than 10 minutes.
This used to be a well run operation with fast and friendly service. Those days are apparently long gone. My last several experiences have been far below expectations. It's a shame too because the smoothies are pretty decent. I am now looking for a new option for smoothies.
Junk restaurant. Sign says there open.. it’s 9am and sign says they open at 7am. Doors are locked. Staff is inside and see people waiting outside. No one opens the door or offers an explanation. No one answers the phone, even though I can hear it ringing from outside. Save your money and go elsewhere. Management - hire better people, or make the employees experience more enjoyable, because these are probably not the people you want as the face of the company.
This is my second time to this Smoothie King but today they had a customer service fail in my opinion. I ordered 3 regular size smoothies and gave each of my kids theirs. My son took a few sips and accidentally dropped his cup 2 feet away from the register. They sent someone to clean it up and in the meantime offered me the 3rd smoothie I ordered as a replacement for the one my son dropped. I told them I ordered 3 and asked if they could make my son another one. A few customers came at that time and we waited until they took care of them but still no replacement smoothie. When I asked the guy again if he could replace the smoothie my son dropped he asked the manager. She said yes but decided not to replace the smoothie with the size I paid for but gave us a kid size cup. If a spill happens in your store within minutes of a customer who paid, just replace what they paid for and keep it moving. You'll lose a lot more $$ in future business then the cost of that one smoothie. That was a bad look today.
I am pretty disappointed! Used to get yogurt d-lite, passion fruit flavor only, no sugar. It was a treat, delicious! Idk why, but they can’t get it right anymore. Why don’t they have plain frozen yogurt? Everything tastes like vanilla
Amazing smoothies! The gladiator with the strawberry protein and a banana is the best. It's has 45g of protein and only 13 carbs. So much better and healthier than Tropical Smoothie plus I love the workers here. Can't believe my first time was last week.
