Very delicious smoothies. Price is a bit high. Very quick service.
Tasha at Smoothie King was rude. I waited in line for about 4 minutes to be helped. There was no one ahead of me or behind me and her coworker was obviously restocking the prep station. She looked at me, looked down and began to giggle, forcing her already busy coworker to assist me. She then did the same to my elderly coworker that removed his card too quickly and had to reinsert his credit card. The final straw and primary reason for this review was when she giggled at an elderly Asian woman’s accent and the fact that she was short 29 cents. I assisted the woman by covering the rest of her charge and went about my day, but I was NOT okay with how poorly she represented the establishment. All of this could’ve been avoided had she just did her job instead of taking extra time out of her day to SO OBVIOUSLY pass judgement upon others. What an ugly person!

Smoothie King values are Purpose-driven Health Respect & Support Knowledge Balance Honesty Pride & Enjoyment Tasha - the African American heavy set women did not embody a single value listed on Smoothie King. Considering that majority of Smoothie King clients in this area are more than likely service members or foreign nationalist visiting the country at this base I’d expect better representation of what it means to mean to be an American especially an African American citizen. Tasha was very rude and very prejudice. Leaving her coworker to do all the work. She was laughing in the face of customers, belittling them for their accents or different socio-economic backgrounds. Her behavior was disgraceful and honestly if she’s the first representation that customers see of the Smoothie King brand you might as well get a Ninja and make a smoothie in the comfort of your home in a judgment free zone without prejudice people making fun of your language barrier. She literally laughed at an elderly Asian woman due to her difference in pronunciation of words. As a person who has lived in other countries learning the language of natives this was absolutely heart breaking to see. Someone should definitely speak with Tasha or remove Tasha from this site all together. Very poor behavior and customer service.
Unfortunately, this review is biased because I am really a Tropical Smoothie fan. Although Smoothie King has a lot more options than Tropical does. This location is good, the staff really makes sure that your order is correct

Service was quick! Cheyenne had great customer service and Monica made me a fantastic Peanut Power Plus Smoothie. Absolutely perfect
I came to the store on my lunch break to get a smoothie as I usually enjoy smoothie king but to my surprise it turnt out to be a horrible experience. As I got close to the counter to order, I was greeted rudely and when I asked for help she ignore me and instead went to the back, i waited for her to come back for a few minutes until she finally did and didn't even apologize. I finally ordered my smoothie and asked for her name but she just said "I'm the assistant manager, why?". This was the most rude encounter yet. The smoothie in itself was okay, I asked for extra protein and I wasn't given it. I came a different time and my experience was better and asked one of the employees for the assistant manager's name and her name is delicia. I wish I could've given it a 0 star, thank God for your other employees though!
I enjoy coming to smoothie king here on FT Hood the customer service is great there and your employee Monica is always smiling and gives great customer service I will continue to come to this location all of your employees and great thank you smoothie king
I love getting smoothie from here . Especially from Monica . She makes the best smoothies and is so nice . I think she puts loving into them .
