My Nana took my Papa there on Friday for an emergency appointment. The staff was super friendly. We live in Murfreesboro. This was the only place that was open and could see him. We left with antibiotics and a treatment plan. We're grateful for their services.
I absolutely love this place. Everyone from the receptionists in the front, to the dental assistants and hygienists, to the doctors are so kind and make it evident they care about you. My dental hygienist was Dania Wear and she made sure I was comfortable the entire time as I do get nervous at dentists. I highly recommend this place if you want a good environment and nice teeth. Waiting time was also about 10 minutes after checking into your appointment
I love this dentistry! It popped up years ago when I was younger and needed a lot done and have been a reliable place ever since! My whole family goes here and I used them for my braces back when I was younger. I've got ADHD and get really scared sometimes of new situations and smells/taste. Yet they have always been there for my communication needs and walking me through the process. Also they have blankets!!! The people I wanna highlight are the following: Dania, Dr. Eva, Haven, Laterra, Dr jerrell, more to be added gotta get their names! Anyway defo recommend this dentistry as a long time customer who started coming here as a minor and now chooses to continue using them now in adulthood. I also might have double uploaded a review at some point lol please tell me so I can delete the extra one.
First off the front staff was nice, but the waiting was terrible never waited this long for a dental visit. They were asking me if wanted to do all these procedures when I just wanted a regular cleaning. Came back with a quote for all these services did not want, except deep cleaning. The hygienist numbed me, then then came back to perform the deep cleaning the pain was still there and injected me three more times, I think it was unnecessary to have to go thru all that pain in my opinion. Most painful & worst dental visit I’ve had in my life. And the dentist Doctor Megan Jones didn’t even bother to come see me at all that’s who I had scheduled with. Very unpleasant visit never coming back.

My previous dentist was no longer in network with my insurance so I had to change. I found this dentist office and was so glad that I started going there. They were very thorough and did an excellent job. Dania the hygienist was especially good at her job and was very kind and friendly! I’m very glad I found this office and would recommend it to others.
Different DR every other visit. Have had up to 4 different Drs. No one ever explained the process of measuring, fitting and refitting and remeasuring and final fit for partial denture. I was surprised with each visit. Was scheduled for cleaning, and it was not until 1.5 hours later after arrival, did the hygienist say something about taking “pre meds”. They never prescribed the meds before appointment. Now I have to come back. While I was there, the receptionist yelled and argued with loudly for everyone in the lobby to hear about a patient’s private information. Embarrassing for him and us! I objected to the sudden demand for a picture of my face, after years coming here, especially with no preamble explanation why all of a sudden!? No one offers anywhere for me to place my purse so it is usually propped uncomfortably on my lap while in the chair. And the biggest peeve I have is no one!! No one comes around to the front of the chair to talk to me. They talk to my back or shoulder forcing me to twist, painfully, around in the chair to see who is talking yo me. And I have been coming here for years and this visit was the first time anyone mention cracked teeth that appear yo have been in my charts all along?!
I haven’t gone to any dentist in so long, with a busy life and placing my children before myself- it’s nearly impossible! Chelsey at Modern Dentistry made me feel comfortable and didn’t make me feel embarrassed like other dentist in the past have. She is great and explains everything thoroughly. I have already recommended a couple people to her! 10/10! The front desk ladies are also great! The entire team throughout is great!!! They made me feel great about my dental care!
Dania did an excellent job with my cleaning and diagnose!!! She made sure I was comfortable and completed the cleaning in a caring way!
Hygienist Dania was awesome, really nice, did a great job, the anesthesia injections did not hurt at all, i had a deep cleaning and i was done quickly and no pain. Just be ready to be numb for a while!
