Glenn, who works the front desk, is the best. He's friendly & knowledgeable. The gym is never crowded & has all you need.
Cool location makes it feel more like a private gym than your average location. Yes, you will need a membership for access to the gym. If you call ahead they may issue a guest pass for you. It’s just across from Agnes Scott College. Make sure you look for the Snap Fitness sign if your coming down Mcdonough St. because the gym is inside another building. There is a parking deck for parking but if the gate it down just use the call box to gain access.
They will not let me cancel my membership in person, it has to be an email. I sent an email, and they did not cancel my membership. They charged me for another month, and they won’t respond to my emails or answer my calls. This gym is also just way overpriced for what they provide. It’s small and in an attic type room in a parking garage.
This a small gym that offers everything that you could need. I enjoy being able to workout anytime of the day or night. The staff is superb and always willing to assist with your needs.
The size of a closet. Not everybody wants to listen to rap music all the time over the speakers; get an actual Spotify account, really lame to use a free Spotify with commercials.
I have belonged to a few other gyms over the past 10 years, but this one is my favorite. I have been here for two years and the place is always clean and kept neat. The front desk staff is nice and greet me by my first name extra points in my book and they make it a point to make you feel comfortable. It has all the equipment I could ever need, and it's open 24/7. I like that it's close to downtown Decatur, and it's really safe - the college's security is literally in the same building and you see them monitoring the parking deck.
I used to be a member of this gym back at it's old location and left for a while because of school. The new gym has a lot more space and the staff are just as great as they were at the old one. I also like that all the parking is in the garage and you can walk right to the gym without having to get wet on rainy days! This is definitely my new go to spot for a nice clean workout and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice non threatening place to workout at!
I just signed up for a membership here and was sold. I was helped by Lana, who was so friendly and I did not feel pressured into signing up for their gym. She was very informative. The facility is clean and comfortable and it has most of the equipment I needed. Great service Lana!
Fantastic. Gym is always open, always clean, and has everything you need for a great workout. The personal training staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. Overall, a great place to get in shape.
