My fiance and I had to rent a storage unit in Vineland, NJ. Allan was the manager at the front desk. He was very polite and well spoken. He showed us the storage unit to make sure it was the right size. Cleaned it out for us and even came back to check when we were unloading to make sure we were alright. I will definitely use this facility when I move to NC. Allan was very gracious and you can tell he liked working with the public. He explained everything efficiently and with a gracious smile

I've been a client for say 3 yrs , the 1st contract was perfect. As this goes they've taken liberty to change contract at their will. It getting very expensive and nothing speaks for the value. No actual corporate office or personal let alone the d m is unreachable . Very limited access as well. The ones that work at this location are good individuals but I wouldn't recommend this place.

I have received excellent service and storage advice from Irene.  She is very friendly and I look forward to seeing her when I stop in.

The facility is very clean and well maintained. The onsite manager was extremely knowledgeable about the site and costs

Was here assisting a client of mine as I’m a realtor. The desk employee Irene was super helpful and we just had to mention her by name. Gave me suggestions on great areas around the city to give to my clients. And even was able to supply me with tips. Despite it being busy, she assured me and made sure I felt like I was just as important as any other customer that walked in.  Will Definitely have to come in again to see her. If not to drop off a gift for being so lovely to me and my client. If you come in ask for Irene! She will take care of you!

This was by far the worst place to deal with.  I have dealt with a lot of place and the way I was treated in this place was disgusting!!!!  The lady at the desk acted as though you were bothering her with your questions and really didn’t seem like she wanted to be bothered.  Her answers were short and cold. At the time this was the only place that had any rentals available so I had no other choice. As soon as I found another place I promptly removed my stuff from this storage facility. I removed my stuff the first week of the month and then was probably told that I would not be receiving any credit for the remaining three weeks of the month. I have never seen such poor representation of customer service and all my life! I know things are tough because of Covid but I was charged for a commodity that I did not utilize. I will definitely be taking this up with my bank and will follow up with an attorney! DO NOT under any circumstance use this storage facility!!!!

I went to Snapbox Storage for the first time and it was a pleasant experience. I was greeted by friendly staff who were patient with me and helped me through the process. I’d like to specifically mention Irene who was my main guide throughout the process and made this a very warm welcome.

Great and friendly service from Linda clean place 10/10 would recommend.
