Dr. Maria Walker is the best PCP compared to other physicians I’ve had in the past. I drive across town because I love how she actively listens to my health concerns without rushing off to the next person. She is very transparent, and knowledgeable about the health care she provides. The staff is friendly and professional. She is definitely worth the drive and the wait. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Went in to be seen told what was wrong in and out less than three min. Spent more time in the waiting room appt was in the morning wasny seen 3 hours later. My symptoms didn't improve when I tried to call went to er had phenomena

Been going here for years now the quality time of service. Isnt worth it you wait understand if you have walkins wait time is very long even if you go in the morning told my symptoms and went to a specialist I see things that were over looked at an appointment that was two weeks ago

Evertime i called was put on hold or hung up on for a appointment. I had to go as a walk in and still had to go back since meds were missing glad i seen before I left the office.

I never pretended to be a patient, you have a high turnover and you have no regards for you employees nor your patients. When you have patients scheduled at 8:30 and you do not arrive until after 10:00 am that says a lot about you, There are pictures on the site that actually show how nasty the back office is and the staff in the back office never clean rooms after the patients exit. I could go on and on but I have a higher level of respect for myself. You set the standards of your practice and obviously they are very low. In just three weeks you went through three office managers and you have an I dont care attitude maybe because you are a Physician but that means nothing when you treat people as if they are beneath you.. Good day "Be careful how you treat people". Btw you also let your patients speak to your employees in a manner that is unacceptable.. Shame on you.

This is the saddest excuse for a doctors office I have ever been in contact with. I arrived fifteen minutes early for my 2:30 pm appointment, as I was directed to. After sitting there for thirty minutes I asked why it was taking so long. The nurse lost my information sheet with my social security number on it and asked me to give it to her across the room. I finally get back and they take me to an absolutely DISGUSTING room that still had used medical tools from the previous patient after over an hour of waiting. After two hours I finally had the courage to tell the nurse I was still waiting. When I left, she handed me the wrong patient’s charts. After getting my blood taken I was never called about my results which, fun fact, is them breaching the minimum standard of care that is required by all healthcare professionals. Come to find out, the nurse did not put my name on 2 of 3 vials so not all tests were able to be run. When I called I was told to get my blood re-taken at a different location and Snapfinger Woods would cover the costs of BOTH panels. After getting many statements from LabCorp and MANY I’m talking over twenty failed attempts to contact the office manager at Snapfinger Woods I have become extremely disgusted and disappointed in this doctor’s office. Though Maria Walker is a great physician, the staff is everything less than mediocre, at best. I have never felt as taken advantage of by any medical professional and this just took the cake. With both parents being in the medical field, they know when a doctors office should be held accountable for negligence. MULTIPLE COUNTS of negligence. Long story short, I will never be coming back to this office and I hope they never treat the wonderful people that I met in that waiting room the way they treated me. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Disgusting behavior by staff.

Its AMAZING HOW LIES SPREAD TRYING TO DESTROY PEOPLE!! When you're so good at what you do for 50 years and thousands of patients there's NO WAY this holds ANY CREDIBILITY...SOUNDS LIKE A TRUE SET UP- think about it, any company has the right and authority to SHRED OLD PAPERWORK through a professional company. Sounds like a disgruntled employee who has an AXE TO GRIND!! SHE'S STILL MY HARVARD DOCTOR and there are thousands more!! Just visit the office...Love you Dr. Walker ALWAYS!!!

Dr. Walker is a very good doctor but her staff is the poorest excuse for staff I have ever seen. They never call you back for anything. They never do what they say they are going to do. Ive been trying to get a preauthorization a a medication for two months. They are really piss poor

Nasty places with gnats everywhere, the doctor doesn't come in until noon and my appointment was at 8:30am. The staff is different everytime I come there. The MA's write prescriptions and the doctor just signs without looking. This is very unprofessional place and I will not be going back and changing my primary care doctor...

Dr Walker is so good and has been for years!! Undoubtedly one of the BEST DOCTORS to ever practice....I truly love her and trust is everything.
