Excellent staff very informative and knowledgeable on sneakers. Will treat you like family. Please don't punish them for the late shipments. They work hard to keep you happy from manager to regular employees.

I used to love to come to the store a lot but you can't hardly find any good sneakers anymore there this whole ticket thing that got buying on internet whatever happened to going in the store and picking up a pair of sneakers yeah it has changed a lot since it's opening

Sometimes i just come to chop it up with the employees. Good vibes always and im a regular. So i think i should be put on pay roll lol. Always have good clearance items trust me

Very polite and helpful staff. Alittle overpriced, but seldomly has decent sales. Small selection compared to other VILLA stores though.

Always love Villa. Used to work at the distribution center years ago. Miss the employee discount. Love that they're honest when it comes to an opinion.
