Wish I could leave a zero-star rating. Truck sat in front of my house 2 weeks ago, then left without filling our oil. He must have been afraid to come up the driveway I just cleared and easily brought a 2014 Dodge Caravan up. Fast forward to today. Christmas Eve. 0 degrees outside. No oil. Freezing family with people scheduled to visit. Way to ruin Christmas. Switching to a real service.
Had been a regular customer since 2001. I called two weeks ago for delivery and it wasn't delivered. Tank went empty and when I called they said they tried to deliver but my lane was too icy from the recent storm. They never called me to say they couldn't deliver or had problems. The tech that returned my emergency call tried to argue with me and complained about how busy they were. Sounds like they either need new management or more equipment and staff.
I've had great service every time with Snedekers. They've earned my trust and I don't go anywhere else. Their staff is always friendly and helpful and the service staff has always repaired or maintained our furnace in a timely manner.
Called on January first and told them I was out of propane. Two days later I called and was told it was out for delivery. Two days after that I called and was told they were running two to three days behind as I’m five days into waiting and just finished our second weekend with record breaking cold weather and NO propane! Today, a week after calling and telling them we were completely out we still have no fuel. Gonna be looking for a new supplier! And to make the whole thing better I was guaranteed by Randy one of the owners that my family would have propane by the ninth. Today is the eleventh and still no propane!!!

Never again will we use them for anything. I went in everytime i needed oil and prepaid for 100 gallons. That means i wanted 100 gallons. When they delivered one of the times they delivered 150 gallons. Then they wanted me to pay for their mistake. I told them i wouldnt. The next time i went in to get oil, i prepaid again for 100 gallons. They still tried to get me to pay for the other oil, once again i told them it was not my mistake and i wasnt paying for it. The lady at the front said it wpyld be taken care of. When they delivered this time even though i paid for 100 gallons they only delivered 78. When i went in to inquire they said the tank was full and asked if i wanted to pay for the other 50, i once again said no, and asked why when they said it would be taken care of it was still showing. Finally i got a letter a week or so ago asking for payment. Going in and paying whatever is showing and closing the account. This is terrible business practice, and i can guarantee they will not get my business or any of my familys business again. We have switched to jj Powell, much cheaper, and they take care of problems without trying to give you the run around.

BEWARE! If you even call them to just come to your home and give an estimate THEY GIVE YOU A HARD PULL ON YOUR CREDIT SCORE! MY HOME IS ONLY A FEW MILES FROM THEIR OFFICE! JUST FOR A FREE ESTIMATE YOU HAVE TO GIVE THEM YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER SO YOUR CREDIT SCORE WILL BE LOWER!! MY GOD! I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW IF I WAS GOING TO CHOOSE THEM FOR THEIR SERVICES AND THEY ALREADY SCREWED ME SOME ON MY CREDIT SCORE! THE LADY ON THE PHONE TOLD ME IT WOULDN'T BE A HARD PULL BUT IT WAS! I SHOULD NEVER LOOSE POINTS ON MY CREDIT SCORE JUST FOR A FREE ESTIMATE!!!
Since 2019 they have been getting sloppy at delivery.if you paid with ccard they are fast at charging.trying to help local business stay afloat but is hard when they are not even trying to help themselves.
Call and they are right here with gas. Staff friendly. Just moved in July 2017. Staff took care of checking all appliances. Excellent customer service.
