Sent flowers for my daughters birthday, never received them. They have given me the sun around for 3 weeks now and pretty much called me a liar when asked for my money back. Said I couldn’t prove that they weren’t delivered. But the florist had no proof of delivery. Told them I could send a ring video of time I was texted stating they were delivered and they offered to call my daughter to apologize and for proof. She has not been contacted. All I want is my money back. Don’t do business with this company if you actually want what you ordered delivered.
My first experience was amazing. I don't recall the young lady's name but she was friendly, kind and helpful. I read some reviews before stopping in and was pleasantly surprised with the service. The rest of the staff were busy in the back, she came out to assist, didn't make me feel like I was a bother nor did she rush me. She assisted with everything from choosing a plant, the bereavement card and a nice bow. The shop is nice, clean and inviting.
I wish I could leave zero stars! I’m am completely shocked at the lack of quality in product and customer service! My grandmother passed last week. Bank of America ordered flowers and sent them to her celebration of life. They arrived dead! I have a picture with a time stamp to prove same day delivery. I called my boss and informed her of the condition in which her order arrived. Needless to say, she was embarrassed and disappointed. Instead of using a huge chain, she prefers to support local businesses. Hence the reason she ordered from Snellville florist. Shame on you for your lack of professionalism and ability to deliver a quality product! All the local businesses around should band together and run you out of town for the way you conduct business and refuse to take ownership and right your wrong!!
I ordered a flower arrangement and the experience i received was not good at all. I got really rude responses to my queries - exact opposite of what good customer service experience would be. I wouldn't place an order with this place again unfortunately. Hence the 2 star rating. The order was delivered on time. That part was OK. If anyone wants to know the details, please see below: I had made a special request when i placed the order online. I didn't receive a call back saying that the special request cannot be fulfilled. I couldn't call them on the day i placed the order online as they were closed by then. I called them on the day of the delivery in the morning and requested if the special request can be done. The response i got them could have been a lot better. Agreed that i could have called a day ahead and asked but there is a way to respond to a customer query / request. In fact i was the one apologizing to them for not calling them and verifying - it is really funny. I would definitely suggest to the ownership to provide training to the employees who are customer facing to treat them nicely.
:- Horrible!!!! This is the mess that was delivered to my mother this week. I paid $80 for this terrible display. This is nothing like the dozen of Roses bouquet on their website. I DO NOT recommend this florist! :-
I called to order mother's day flowers on 05/05/2020. They were about to close, but extremely helpful! I told her that I didn't know exactly what I wanted but I knew my mom liked colorful. She asked me my price point and I told her to make them look nice. They did just that! They were delivered on time as promised today 05/09/2020. My mom absolutely loved the flowers and was so impressed with how pretty they were. Will use again for all future flower deliveries for my mom. She made my experience so wonderful all the way from Nevada!! Thank you!!!
WOW!! How amazing is this flower shop!! Leah the owner has always taken such great care with my orders. When you need flowers in the Snellville area they are definitely the shop you want to call. Such beautiful fresh flowers for all occasions. You can tell they really enjoy their job with how they treat their customer. Thank you for always delivering your best for us. I wish I could give you a 10 STAR REVIEW!
Honest review, not bad review. I ordered in good time on Friday to be delivered on Monday. On Monday I was told the order would not be delivered as they do not deliver to that area only a 10 mile radius, this was about 20 minutes drive. I was disappointed as it was my aunt's graduation and we were all suppose to be with her on that day but due to Covid we were unable to attend. The florist explained the order could be delivered the next day by another florist, I agreed. When it was delivered I was not happy with what she got for the $80 we paid. I then noticed the site said the baskets may not look like the one in the picture. Indeed that was true but the value for money felt insufficient and it was already a day late. In the end the florist and I agreed to disagree, she was not rude just firm in her position that I disagreed with- I was offered a 20% discount in store however as previously discussed I live in the U.K so I'm unable to benefit from that. I hoped I could order something else to make up for what in the end felt like a cheaper looking gift than what was planned. Indeed call to check if they deliver to your area and expect that the basket may not look like the picture.
Well yesterday was my third visit to Snellville Florist, and I have never been so bothered by my experience there like I was yesterday. Just two months ago I purchased three wrist corsage and three boutonnieres for my teens Homecoming dance at George Walton Academy. The cost was $40.00 for everything. Yesterday I ordered two single rose wrist corsage and two single rose boutonnieres and the cost was $50.88. My issue is not so much the cost, but the way I was talked to by the lady behind the counter that I never dealt with before. In the past I would order and pay when my items were ready for pick up. I was told yesterday, "It is company policy to take money on all orders up front". When I questioned that based on my previous experience with the store, she went on to say "SOME PEOPLE order things and don't pick them up". Even though I started to ask her just who SOME PEOPLE were, I kindly paid the woman and exited the floral shop. If it is company policy, then the presentation should have been delivered better, and the part of "SOME PEOPLE", should have been left out. After picking up my items on this Saturday, I will no longer use this florist or recommend that anyone I know uses them as well. I no longer feel that I am a valued customer of Snellville Florist.
I have been a customer of Snellville Florist for almost 30 years. I order a lot of flowers since my husband and I pastor a church. I have been extremely pleased with this floral shop. If I ever had a disappointment with any flowers ordered they were prompt to try and fix the problem. Most of the time when I order I will say, "I'll leave it up to you" when I can't decide what I really want and as always, the flowers have been absolutely gorgeous. I always make a point of having the individual that received the flowers send me a picture of them or I eventually see them in person when I visit the person. I'm never disappointed! I find them to be very pleasant on the phone when I call to place an order. I would recommend this florist to anyone. I love the fact that they responded to every comment left on their website. That gives a very personal touch and it let's me know they really try hard to please their customers!
