I asked for a taper around my face and ended up with a chunk of bangs straight across. Not blended at all with my other hair. The lady wouldn't do the long layers I wanted because she didn't think it would look good and refused to use a round brush for blow drying. I do not recommend this salon.Services: Haircut

Went in and got the common haircut a male with get doing a fade. An older lady, didn’t catch her name cut my hair to do what a medium skin fade that they can. After got my haircut me and my fiancé went to Walmart to go grocery shopping to then where my fiancé realized that my haircut didn’t look really faded at all in which it wasn’t. Went back to go get it fixed since I already paid and even gave the stylist a $3 tip. Told her how you can see the line and no fade to her to then tell me theirs going to be a line for a fade. She at least fixed it but for her to say theirs going to be a line that was really noticeable for a fade haircut shouldn’t be cutting hair. It was just convenient for me to get haircut here since I was in warrensburg but Won’t return and just keep getting mine in Marshall’s snip and clip.

Called in and made an appointment for my husband and son. No wait when we arrived. Very friendly staff gave some helpful tips for beard trimming and kids haircuts. We'll definitely be going back.

Kathy is my favorite stylist / hair dresser in there. I've been going to her since she worked somewhere else. It's a nice, well put together establishment and very friendly while remaining professional. If you just want your hair done with no conversations she'll respect that and won't speak much but when spoken to if you want to talk she'll have plenty of interesting conversations with you. She knows what she's doing and pays attention to your hair type or if you have a sensitive scalp, communication is key because everyone's different. This location is well kept and I love that getting a walk-in wash/cut is always easy; I never know when I'll be able to pop in. The other stylists are great when I can't get Kathy, but I've stuck with her for a few years now. She's a top notch stylist at an amazing price point for the job she does. I highly recommend her!

Chris is the best. It's easy to get a walk in appointment. If you don't know exactly how to word how you want your hair cut, Chris will know what you mean. Every time she gets it prefect. She even knows how to keep my two young kids still and make their hair look great.

I've always been a walk in so sometimes the girl that cut my hair before isn't scheduled to work that day, I've gone with the flow and went with the next available stylist I have never been disappointed from my a waxing a cut to a color I've always walked out feeling satisfied. The girls are social and know what they are doing I love this salon, sometimes I'll think about trying a different salon then I'm like nope I'm good lol

So this is a 5-Star because of how the staff handled a bad haircut. The past two times I've been, I had a person who was distracted and in a rush to get done. Because of this, my hair bad, my neck not cleaned up and directions not followed. I went back in the next day and got one of the managers. She immediately sat me down, corrected my hair and would not take any money to do it. Mistakes happen, but being willing to make it right makes a customer out of me.
