Came in looking for matching sneakers. Had a tough time finding something by myself. One of the workers were super helpful, and informative. Ended up getting white huaraches for the whole fam. Will be coming back.

ZERO STARZ!!!!! This store consistently closes 45 minutes to an hour early. This is the 3rd time I came to this store at 7pm when I get off work and they have the doors locked and says they already closed. The website clearly state that this store closes at 8pm. This is a real inconvenience when someone is rushing to get to this store on time only to be waved away wit no regard to one’s time and travel. I really like shopping tbthis store but I will definitely be looking for another snipes with a more professional staff.

Employees at store change closing hours because they want to leave early. Second time coming to stop and they close at 7:15pm after the posted te is 8pm and employee stated on the phone the close at 8pm.

Ordered online and NEVER received shoes from them. Called customer service and no one answers phone. Called the store and they hang up. They are the BIGGEST SCAM!!! Don’t ever buy from them online.

5 stars for this Store aswell, i didnt get the guys name that took the call when i was looking for the Bugs Lola Shirt/ Sweats but Thanks to him i was able to get em at the Staten Island location ….Huge props for him, took the time and effort to search till the last min, very very Valuable employee, deserves a raise !!!!! Wish All Employees Were This Caring At Every Shop !!!!

Some employee have a very  On polite character but over all the store is organized some a very helpful and will make sure you get what you came for or find something similar

So I visited the store to make a purchase...you're not allowed to try in store and I was informed by the sales rep I'd be able to return if the shoes doesn't fit..few minutes later in trying to return for a smaller size, only to be told by Jasmine that they no longer do that so I'd have to keep the shoes that I can't wear and there's nothing I can do about it...

I catch decent sales here on my Nike ACG boots. They also Levis which I do wear regularly...and cool North Face stuff and off brand "hood" stuff which is cool from time to time. Overall cool spot. Prefer it to Footlocker.

Do not buy here I bought Nike shoes and five days after wearing them the were detached and they did not want to give me a refund and they are also selling fake shoes

Real classy place that allows people to use stolen credit cards.
