Staff was nice, food was good with great portions. My strawberry shake was excellent. I wouldn't recommend the pineapple shake, it was too sweet. Our drinks came out in 10 minutes which was fantastic, but out food took about 35 minutes to come to us and we had to check in on it. There was not an overwhelming number of customers there so I'm not sure why it took so long. The order area was very hot. I'm guessing the building does not have AC, and I can't imagine being the one cooking in that heat. Overall, the ingredient quality was wonderful, and the ice cream service is fast, but it's definitely not the place to stop if you need a quick bite. Parking: Lot on the side that fits four cars and some street parking.
This place is a 10 out of 10. The food for the price is so worth it. The portions are huge and the food is delicious. Everyone is friendly and super nice. They even gave our dog, Tao, a pup cup full of whipped cream. Definitely a must eat at when visiting Tahoe!!Food: 5/5
Super tasty burger, fries and shakes! A true local food joint in South Lake Tahoe. Great waffle cones in either chocolate or vanilla. The beer battered onion rings are amazing! This is a must stop for a meal.
3 stars is a bit generous tbh. There was lots of hype about the Burger but to be honest it was kind of plain and it was more bun than patty. the most popular thing seemed to be the ice cream and the milkshakes anyway which unfortunately we did not partake in so I'm giving it a 3. Customer service left something to be desired. The girls were kind of grumpy. Not to mention it took at least 30 minutes to get our order and it really wasn't all that busy.
Over all this local food is really good, they have burgers French fries and floats plus ice cream. We tasted the float, vanilla plus chocolate ice cream and we also ate the French fries they were all really good.
This place is amazing! The food is fantastic! No matter what you order, the portions are enormous! It's definitely a summer spot to hit up at least once a week!Food: 5/5

Features: They wore masks
Good food, service not so much. Google maps said this business opened up at 10 AM we arrived at 10:30 AM to see no employees on site. The first employee to arrive was at 10:50 AM. At 11 o’clock they said they were supposed to open, but apologized and said they were not ready to open. We sat at the table and patiently waited. At 11:15 she took our order. The food was good. I asked for a refill, she said it was $.25 for a refill. I asked if they would waive the $.25 since we had to wait 15 minutes past their opening hour and she said no. I let her know that Google Maps was still displaying the 10 AM open time. She said they are aware of it and just have not changed it.
Great BIG burgers and friendly people. We were in Tahoe for a week and found the place by happenstance. We ended up eating there 3 times because my family enjoyed it so much and there were a lot of us so we had big orders every time and they handled our orders very well.
Classic burgers in a cozy diner style atmosphere. Always a must have when visiting Lake Tahoe. Kid-friendliness: Kid menu. Parking: Park along the 1 way street in front of the venue. Shared with other locations, can be difficult to fid a spot during peak hours. A smaller parking lot across the street. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp and designated table.
