You’ve never had a sno-cone like this! The shaved ice is so fluffy and light that it’s almost creamy. Pelican’s has more flavors and flavor combinations than you will ever be able to try, and they’re all delicious! They have an extensive list of sugar-free options too, so there is something for everyone. Never before have I considered putting whipped cream or other toppings atop flavored ice, but it’s delicious! Try it! Competitive prices, helpful and friendly staff, fast service, and yummy treats... all on the north side of town! They need a sign on the side of the building, facing Lebanon Road, so they’re easier to spot. We love this place!
I don’t really write reviews. Now Pelicans is amazing. Pelicans itself will always be a 5 star because of product. However Im giving a 3 star specifically because we went to this one and upon entering there was a guy mopping the lobby. When we went to order at the window, he goes in the back and starts making the ice cups without changing his glove. One hand had a glove on. The other didn’t. And he was touching the ice with the glove he was cleaning with. Then we watched him go clean with a spray bottle and rag with the same glove. I didn’t complain. But we did throw away the cups after leaving….because ew.
Friendly staff and great treats. Introduced me to my new favorite cherry coke float. Weekly stop for a treat with the wife!

Being from Baltimore, I've enjoyed my share of snowballs. I tried Pelican's while visiting family in TN and found myself wishing there was on back home in Maryland. The is is shaved in such a way that it is light and fluffy and good enough to enjoy without any flavors added! Having said that, you'd be missing out if you don't. There's a gazillion flavors including a great selection of sugar free flavors. Their website says they use sucralose and the sugar free blue raspberry was fantastic.

This place is amazing! The best snowcone I’ve ever had. This is not your normal crunchy ice snowcone, this is like eating delicious soft snow. So many amazing flavors. The owner is an amazing guy who is so nice and accommodating. I mean, it’s like this guy is a chemist and he’s in the back making amazing chemistry recipes that taste so good. The hospitality here is unbelievable. You are mistaken if you drive by and don’t stop! Get there now!
Great experience here! This place is brand new. The location is a bit wonky if coming from the East- just make sure to turn after O'Reilly's as their parking lots do not connect. Great flavor selection, true NOLA style shaved ice with plenty of topping options. Only complaint is how top heavy these are. They don't pack the ice, so within a couple bites, your entire snow come caves in and you've gotten through half of your cup.
That place was awesome! If you really like big portions, visit here. Their snow cones were to die for, and was overall the best place to get shaved ice ever! You never ran out of flavor on your snow cone, the service was amazing, snd their food just hit the spot. You also can even bring in your laptop to work here. If you need to study, a nice and chill vibe overlooks the great interior of the new Pelican’s Snoballs on Lebanon Road in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. Everything is squeaky clean there, there are outside and inside games to play while you are waiting for your snow cone, and are varieties of shaved ice flavors to choose from. Definitely 5 stars worthy!
