tried HARD to charge me restocking fee after it was discovered that the threads were backwards from what I brought in to replace. I Came in for some new o-rings. They told me I needed to buy complete new Stem kits. 2 weeks later they came in. Once I got home I found the threads were backwards. I ordered left hand thread and they came as right hand thread. Took the new but backwards stem kits to Anawalt lumber on Burbank and Vineland. Within one minute and they had the o-rings I originally needed $2 bucks Brought the stem kits back to Schneider diamond pointing out that the thread is completely backwards. They tried HARD to charge me $10 restocking fee. Unacceptable when they special ordered me the wrong threaded stems. Thank goodness the manager happen to be in earshot of what was going down and intervened after he saw that there was an escalating development. see photo
Good variety of appliances and nice showrooms. We were happy with our appliance orders for the kitchen but for plumbing/bathroom items it was a different story. We placed an order in the North Hollywood showroom and they called us 5 weeks later to let us know that they never actually placed it. This set us back over a month in our renovation. Two other separate orders for plumbing supplies were missing pieces or held up and we literally had to go into the showroom and call all week because no one followed up with us. When we went in they said they had placed an email a week ago...no phone call to the vendor. The lack of a sense of urgency and attentiveness by the staff has become incredibly frustrating. We will not be ordering anything from this company again.
Great place to shop for special items not found in other Hardware store. They just moved locations from North Hollywood to Van Nuys. New address is 14900 Oxnard St, Van Nuys, CA 91411 but they are still under construction. The sales counter is open at new location. Come on by. =
I called what I thought was the N. Hollywood store, although there was a 626 number listed for it on the Internet, and got a good price on a filter from the salesman - who, as it turned out later, was at the Pasadena store. When I arrived at the N. Hollywood store, I let them know that the 626 Pasadena number was listed under the N. Hollywood address on the Internet. The salesmen seemed unconcerned about that error, and did not give me the lower price on the filter that the salesman on the phone had quoted to me.
Ordered very hard to find parts for my faucets. Very happy.
The best place to go for high end kitchens and baths, fixtures, appliances , faucets, tub and shower valves. They also have the hard to find parts for faucets and shower valves.
I like it there, their employees have a lot class, you can acquire some very nice products there, to spruce up your home.
Friendly & knowledgeable Staff grate place to Find Plumbimg Parts and Appliance This store has A Grate vibe almost Like you are at home
Great service + help + knowledge! You might pay a little more but with the help you get, it's worth it.
Always find what I am looking for and the guys that work the counter are great
