We have been renting at SoCal Storage for over 5 years. Mario, Juan always offer great customer service. The facility is beautiful and always clean. Climate control units really help keep our personal items in good condition. Come here if you are looking for a place to store. The prices are excellent. It's truly a Nice place to store!!!!!

I needed to get a quick storage unit to move some things out while working on the current work from home setups. When I called, Mario was awesome! I called ahead knowing i'd only be arriving an hour before close and needed to sign up AND move stuff in and he was super helpful, friendly and accommodating. The space is nice, every unit is in a climate controlled environment and each unit has it's own monitoring alarm.  Like all storage companies, you will either need to pay for monthly insurance they can provide or show proof of coverage through a renters/homeowners policy. The cheapest SoCal Storage can offer is $12/month currently.  Also worth noting, the hours are restricted 7 days a week but closer to "normal business hours" so to speak so there is no 24 hour access. If you will need to come and go with more flexibility into late hours, early mornings, etc then that would be the only issue I can find with this place.  Overall excellent experience and I will be back, because, well, I will have to obviously!

SoCal Self Storage of Northridge provided us with excellent customer service throughout our entire business with them. They were very helpful in regards to any questions we had and never once had an attitude or seemed unhappy. They also supplied us with water, snacks, and other beverages while we were moving things into and out of our unit. Mario, Juan, and the rest of the staff are doing an incredible job, and I would recommend their business to anyone in need of storage space. It's also INCREDIBLY WELL PRICED for climate controlled units! Keep up the awesome job, guys!

Super friendly, clean, and the staff there is very helpful. I just rented a storage unit recently Juan C. Rep Went above and beyond to help me get the unit I needed for my belongings, I can't thank him enough.  I had gone to public storage to tried to get a unit, their reps are short, rude and not very helpful. The lady there seemed like she was in a rush to leave her shift, and her answers to my questions were all NO's.They didn't have climate control units which to me was very important. Luckily Socal storage has it, therefore I can't emphasize how thankful I am with these guys and how happy I am to have chosen this facility. I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a storage unit. Also their prices are very decent compared to other places. Again thank so much Juan C. For all that you did.

After 5 years of using this facility it's like leaving family. The staff is great specially Mario the manager at this location.  I've come to know most of the friendly members here. Aside from very clean facility, the prices for the units are very comparable to public storage or any other storage places. I won't go anywhere else but to SoCal Storage. Friendly customer service really is key to operating a successful business. Thanks guys!

I can not speak more highly of this particular storage location. What really sets it apart from the rest is the manager Glenn. I have rented there for almost a year now. I go at least once a month to pick up various items etc. and every time I go Glenn is the most hospitable and professional person. He makes the normally dreaded experience of having an outside storage unit one that is actually pleasant, and I know this isn't just my experience because there is always at least one or two people  with him when I go into the office. I believe they are there much like me in that he is so pleasant and welcoming, you just can't help but stop by and say hello. He actually brightens one's day.  All of that said, the storage itself is always clean and well maintained. And Glenn ensures the utmost of care, security and service on every level.  It is a bit more expensive than others due to the very convenient location, I believe, but it is certainly worth it for that reason and the exceptional level of service that Glenn provides.  I highly recommend!

I am never the one to write reviews, button  cannot comment enough on my experience! The customer service could not have been better! Rudy was the NICEST person I have ever met. She genuinely cared. Mario was so helpful as well, even helped me move my belongs and was so kind throughout my whole process. Thank you so much!

I am a resident of northeast Washington state and called the helpful people at SoCal Self Storage in desperate need of help for a family member. The staff were so helpful and kind and I'm very thankful that we were any to rent a unit for a short term to assist our family to get us through a difficult time.
