Good cleaning experience, was tedious having to redo the payment every 2 minutes; Would be 5 stars if they priced based off of total time instead of paying every 2 minutes

I'm normally never petty enough to harm someone's business by leaving a bad review, but, this is just insulting. First off, you exchange money for tokens instead of quarters, essentially forcing you to spend your money there. While I was trying to soap up my car, the "soap water" was no different whatsoever from just water. The picture I'm including is that soap water.  Go to any other place.  To the owner- I apologize, if I simply went here on a bad day or something. But, please, restock the soap, get better lights, and the money you spend on that will more than come back, because more people will come when it is better.

Easy place to use for a do it yourself car wash

Frustrating: One of two drive up payment devices nonfunctional. The other didn't accept credit card, purchased tokens jammed in machine. I now have wasted $20 on tokens. I won't be back.

Time ticks down at a faster pace than seconds do on my watch. 5 minutes on their timer was just over 3 minutes on my watch. Also not very soapy, I went back to check that I hadn't put it on rinse. First and last time to go there.

Bought $5 worth of tokens and went to try to put it in the car wash machine but it wouldn't go in the machine so I wasn't able to get my car washed. I tried calling the posted number about the problem and a person on the phone said someone will contact me but I never received a phone call yet it's been 4 days since then.

This do-it-yourself car wash works great, but, if you have a pickup truck you probably should drive in and back out. The backside is a bit narrow.

Been using soapy suds for years. No problems until today. Put a 20 in the token machine. Got $10 worth of tokens. Called the number posted for problems. Disconnected. Not going back.
