Soaring Swine Acres is a family company producing and selling artisan jams, jellies, salsas, and sauces made in batches of no more than 12 jars.
Soaring Swine Acres is owned by Mary Ruhter, a teacher and Southern soul transplanted to California. All products are created by Mary and her son, Michael, who cook side by side in Martha's Kitchen, a restaurant in Moreno Valley, CA. Recipes have been handed down from family or are original to Mary and Michael. Our logo was created by our artist daughter, Amanda Lynn. Husband Ralph inspired Mary to go into business and now does all the legwork and heavy lifting. Daughter Amanda Michelle forced her mother into the world of technology by creating this Facebook page. The rest of the family and friends help by volunteering as guinea pigs to test new products.
