I'm having back spasms due to a disc pressing up against a nerve. I walked in to this place in severe pain because of the inflammation and my wife purchased the full body cryo treatment. I was able to walk out with the pain dulled to a manageable level! Amazing customer service and amazing results after one session! Can't wait to go back for more! Thank you!

From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by Eileen and her friendly staff, which instantly put me at ease. The ambiance of the center was soothing and modern, with clean and well-designed spaces that created a relaxing atmosphere. The Cryo Therapy chamber was state-of-the-art, and the staff took the time to explain the entire process to me, ensuring I felt comfortable and safe before beginning my session. The Cryo Therapy session itself was nothing short of amazing. The three minutes inside the chamber felt like a refreshing journey that left me feeling rejuvenated and energized. The intense cold was surprisingly invigorating, and I could feel my muscles relaxing and tension melting away. Aside from the Cryo Therapy, Socal Cryo Wellness offered a range of other wellness services, including infrared saunas and localized cryo treatments. After my Cryo Therapy, I decided to try their infrared sauna session, and it was a perfect way to further relax my body and mind. The staff's expertise and attentiveness made the entire experience even more enjoyable. They were knowledgeable about the benefits of Cryo Therapy and provided me with personalized recommendations based on my specific needs. Facility is clean and organized. Owner is personable, professional and answered all my questions prior to me signing up for a membership. Flexible and goes out of her way to accommodate my schedule. I go for cryo and sauna. The sauna gets hot quick and will go up high unlike some other facilities I've been to.

Loved it. Affordable pricing. They offer full body cryo, localized cryo, compression therapy and more. My son plays football and has used the full body treatments and also localized treatment for his knee. Really helps with swelling, pain, inflammation, and muscle/body recovery after games. He went before a game once as well. Gets you pumped and blood flowing for the game. Highly recommended.

I've been going here for years. Great for recovery! Now they have an infrared sauna way better than a regular sauna! Highly recommended!

I highly recommend SoCal Cryo Wellness. My family and I have been going there since they opened. My 15 year old daughter plays soccer and runs. She goes there for recovery almost weekly. The place is super clean and very cozy. The owner is super nice as well.

Went for my first cryotherapy treatment today and will definitely be back for more. Eileen was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I decided to try cryo out with a recommendation from my chiropractor already can feel a difference!

I LOVE Cryo! Yesterday I was getting sick, so I went in for a session-just like last time I was getting sick. I did not wake up sick! I love how fast and easy it is to go in, I was in & out in less than 15 minutes.

Great experience. I workout five times a week and definitely believe it helps with my muscle recovery.
