Soccer City Sports Center

Here w the kids for flag football, we paid the league and the league paid soccer city to rent it out. Why is there no heat in December? There infants to elderly here to watch and everyone is freezing!? Lighting is dim def could have more added.

My major complain is the ref at this facility especially one name Crespo . He's the worse ref ever, has no idea what he's doing, very bias in his decisions, can't control the game and in my opinion sexist. Very incompetent ref who don't like to to be told the truth about his poor ways of referring. Don't get me wrong there are some other good refs that work there but Crespo is the all time worst, if he's refereeing your game good luck it will end badly because of his incompetence. Other than that Troy does a great job running the place.

Place is pretty good. The games on Saturday are more like a rotational scrimmage which I wasn't a big fan of. They do a good job keeping kids focused.

Wish I read the reviews before spending the money... This place is NOT interested in new business. I'd rather pay double somewhere else. Arrogant, snotty, and extremely unorganized... All boys. God forbid you have a girl that loves soccer.

Very disorganized. We purchased the required uniforms and masks for their league and they canceled. Poor communication. Rude employees with the attitude of " if you are not happy, go elsewhere" rather than providing solutions to problems they caused.

The coaches and trainers are all good people very much into the kids and feel them achieve their goals great place

Bought some cleats at the store, they were defective and gave me the worse blisters by wearing them once for 10 minutes. Went to return them and they wouldn’t let me because I put them on. The employees were rude and snobby, tried to make me feel stupid, definitely some misogyny. Will NEVER buy anything there again. I wish I could give 0 stars

Brought my daughter's brand new youth large jacket to be embroidered at the shop. Was given back a used youth medium jacket with my daughter's info on it. Multiple calls to the shop because the employee forgot to call me back. Just to have him tell me they don't have her original coat and won't rectify the issue. Terrible customer service!

Referees are bad to worse at any given time. They dont her paid much but hiring competent refs should be a priority. Games get out of control due to poor refereeing. You can't expect to get respect if you favor s team and also if you look like you have no interest in the game.

Incredibly disorganized and unprofessional. They told us to play at Roots in Westfield when the league coordinator couldn't put a league together in time for the announced start date.
