I normally don't do reviews but I will gladly rate this place. First time in this store and the employee Michael that helped us was extremely helpful, we had him back and forth with shoe sizes because I have twin boys picky twin boys and he was so helpful and patient with us. We ended up setting a pair on hold but will be back tomorrow to pick them up. Thanks Michael, your boss is lucky to have you.

I had such a terrible experience with Soccer Loco, after giving them multiple chances. Failed every time. Our most current experience happened last week when I took my daughter. I asked if they had any Germany jerseys and the store manager working at the time gave me attitude in his response: "No, we don't carry EVERY jersey, so you're out of luck." Then my daughter asked to try on a certain pair of cleats. She asked if she could walk around in them and was reprimanded that "she will need to buy them if she puts any scratches on them." She literally wanted to walk, not run or kick anything with them, a few feet to see if they were comfortable. They didn't have a half size bigger but were trying to make the sale on the smaller size, even though we clearly told them they don't fit right. Every interaction with them has been negative and unnerving. I ended up not buying anything, after wasting an hour. Will definitely not be going to SoccerLoco anymore.

VERY VERY VERY bad customer service. . My son and I went to return a pair of pants that did not work for our needs. The staff was so extremely rude and unhelpful that I was offended... The pants still had the tag on them and were not worn... They offered me store credit. The clerk said that it was store policy, when I told her that no one said I could not get cash back she told me that "by the law" they did not have to tell us... Not necessarily what she said it is how she said it.... She was SOOOOO rude.. Why would I take store credit when I paid cash for this item...... I will take my money elsewhere

Terrible return policy. I purchased an item on Nov 19th as a Christmas present. After explaining my concern about the policy to the salesperson, she said that as long as I returned it with the tags on in a couple of months, it wouldn't be a problem for an exchange. I brought the item in on Jan 3 after returning from Christmas vacation out of state. They wouldn't exchange the item, even for store credit. I've spent thousands of dollars in this store and was stunned. Not only did the salesperson lie the service that I received during the ordeal was terribly rude. I'll never, even though two children who play for their clubs, shop in the store again.

I was looking for items online for my daughter who plays for a club in the LA area. A window popped up saying if I purchase items on the cart within a certain time frame I would get a 10% discount, so I did right away thinking it would save me the cost of the shipping from San Diego. When I entered all my credit card information and purchased the items, the site did not apply the discount. I sent a feedback through their system and kept getting generic responses from Keidra D. denying the discounts for a myriad of reasons; from not purchasing within the time frame, to items in the team room are already heavily discounted through my daughter's club they aren't of course. They hold you hostage because they have the "iron on" club logos that they don't sell individually so they can charge whatever they want for the logoed items. I was very surprised that they would not honor their discount. If I didn't have to purchase from this site for my daughter's club, I wouldn't give them any of my business. They certainly won't get any more money from me outside of club gear where I am not given a choice. Customer service was horrible, and discounting practice is borderline fraudulent.

3 stars because they only sell 2 brands. Soccer loco doesn't even sell some of the most soccer exclusive brands. They do carry nice gear of the two brands though. Adidas/ Nike
