Tried to use website and it failed. Called and have been on hold for over 40 minutes!! This is absurd!
Last week I got a computer call about a needed update & after on hold a message came through asking if I would like a call back instead of being on hold so I went through the proper promps but never got a call.
I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Everyone was friendly.
I've been trying to contact them for months. And whenever I do finally talk to someone Mrs. Barnes is apparently so busy that she can't even call me back. I even requested an appointment time and they didn't give me one. I dont know how this place works, but Minneapolis was much easier to work with when I lived in Minnesota. And I was on disability for being deaf, but they changed it to supplemental income once I moved here.
It's sad that they have people sitting outside while there's plenty of seating inside, I can't imagine how many heat casualties they've had Especially with senior citizens And disabled people having to sit outside and wait. I believe it might be time to start calling are Congressman
The phone number for this office has been down for over a week. The line rings busy and there is a notice on the website that the phones are down. There is no other way to contact them and no way to set up an appoint. When you are dealing with a death in the family and trying to figure things out it is a real problem to not be able to reach the office for questions, especially when they send out letters that you have concerns about. It is borderline fraudlent for tax payer dollars to be going to an office that is inaccesible to the public. This is very concerning!
Had an issue with direct deposit due to having to change checking accounts. Got letter stating all part B premiums would cease as would deposits. Called this office on 11/7. Kind woman diagnosed and fixed the problem. Deposit was in my account the next morning! Bravo! Thank you kind lady!
Absolute rude staff. You should be professional and not hang up on people for absolutely no reason. We expect more from you.
Been there about 7 times they couldn't get nothing right and the people I had to deal with were rude with the exception of one person. They wanted to blame the problem on me when it was them that put the date in wrong. Then if they couldn't give you an answer they would say that's just the way it is. Very disappointed.
The young man I talked to answered my question n I was out the door.
