I was visiting my friend it seemed nice, mostly quiet aside from the drag cars at 2am although it was a Friday night.
My partner and I own property here for a few years now since the FIRST day we moved in we have had 1 squirrels in the attic. It sounds like they are bowling and they haven’t paid for shoes or a game. 2 Some residents of the community put their trash bags in the Recycling dumpsters and Society Hill gets fined which in turns makes our HOA fees go up!! 3 Lake of Maintenance to the exterior - balconies, wooden stairs, poor patching of rodents in attic space 4 Overall, not a bad place to live
Place is going down hill not like it is used to bee
1.The tennis courts are not available. Our bylaws and other advertisement states we have tennis courts but you don't know that they're not working until you move in. When this is brought up, it's just excuses after excuses. Some neighbors would like it to be used for something such as a dog park even as a communal project, but they shot that down due to 'extra work' 2. Our HOA fees are higher due to a 'fee' from a miscalculation from the previous year. Their promise was that if all things go according to plan, the HOA would go back down. 3 years later, this fee has been added on every month.
Lovely and quiet suburban developement. Pefect locaion to all highways and right between Princeton and Trenton. Only 30 minutes to Belmar beach coast to coast!
Multiple friends have lived here / or currently are living here. Great sized apartments a d condos. Safe neighborhood.
Live here this place is trash, and when they “power wash” the building it makes everything more dirtier than it already was!!!
