This was our first trip to Furniture Row. We were greeted by Brian, who allowed us to roam without being hovered over. We took our time, compared some great options, and bought a dining room set. The quality at least in the store...we have not picked it up yet seems fantastic. Solidly built and at a really good price. We will definitely be buying more furniture here.
We went to Furniture Row because our living room suit that we purchased 20 years ago still looks very nice. It is of very good quality. We needed a new recliner. We have bought many recliners in the past, mostly online, Every few years it would tear up and we would have to order another one. So, we decided to go to Furniture Row the other day and get us one of good quality that would last. Our salesman was very nice, and helpful. When we buy furniture from now on, this will be the place we will be going.
Our salesman Brian Scott was awesome!!!! He answered all our questions with no pressure on buying. He helped us save a tremendous amount of money and went above and beyond with our purchase. I would definitely recommend Brian S. he is the best!!!!
I purchased a couch about a year ago and had all kinds of issues with it coming apart and every time I called, they came out. My warranty was expiring and I went in hoping to get some sort of credit for another sofa. The associate and store manager completely swapped out my couch for another and made sure I didn’t “lose” any money on the exchange. They were very apologetic about the sofa dont recommend the dazzle sofa and the inconvenience. I hadn’t experienced customer service at that level in a very long time. I am very appreciative of their patience, understanding and help!
I’ve bought quite a bit of furniture from Furniture Row over the last 10 years. It’s always been my go. This week my husbands recliner broke and we decided we needed a complete new set of living room furniture. Brian met us at the door and I told him what we were looking for, he showed 3 sets that were exactly what we were looking for. He told us to browse and that he’d check back in with us. We were able to get everything wrapped up in less than hour thanks to Brian. I’m so happy with my new furniture. If you’re shopping for furniture stop in and ask for Brian he was awesome to work with, definite went the extra mile!!
Fantastic experience shopping with Lisa and Jayme today. They were both extremely knowledgeable, professional, and quick. I definitely recommend them if you are looking to purchase a mattress or rugs for your home. Really good prices.
Nick was very helpful. A lot of things had been moved around to construction/renovations. Nick helped us get our purchase taken care of easily and quickly. He also made sure we knew all the details about making our purchase. Will shop here again for sure.
Jayme was awesome. She answered all our questions and helped us identify a great option saving us money! Devin was so nice when he loaded our purchase for us. The showroom is very nicely setup and was very clean. Highly recommend checking out Furniture Row in NLR if you’re looking for furniture or accessories.
My husband and I came to buy a bunch of furniture. Melissa greeted us and immediately helped us make it a painless process. She was very friendly, personably, and knowledgeable. I really appreciated her ability to make this a quick process.
The management staff is deceitful and extremely rude. The Little Rock, AR location will post signs on the pieces significantly higher than the online prices. So just know if you shop in store, you'll be paying way, way more money than if you just shopped online. The sales people will also con you into thinking you got a good deal for taking the floor model, by giving a 35% discount on those. But again, those prices are off of the signs listed on the furniture, and not the actual price of the piece. They also will argue with you about the prices. Just don't shop here for furniture, unless you want to be scammed out of money. Shady company, shady sales people, shady business.
