My first visit oct. 2021 with LaDonna was amazing, her techniques are great. After that visit, she offered a membership and I would be seen on monthly basis at a discounted rate. Therefore, we scheduled the next appointment for 11/7/2021, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm for a 60 minute deep tissue massage. She called later confirm the appointment and tried to talk me into additional service, facial, foot scrub, I rejected the offer. I arrived about 8 minutes early, and upon my arrival, she informed me that her 2 sons were with her. She started at 2:06 pm and ended the session about 2:43 pm. I questioned the time and she replied “yes the hour is up”. I redressed and proceeded to pay, she informed me that I would pay $120.00 for today’s service. She proceeded to schedule me for a visit in Dec. Upon my return home back to my normal state of mind, I checked her website and saw a regular visit for 60 minute deep tissue massage was $120.00. The next morning, I called and questioned her about the charge, she replied “oh I forgot about the membership”. She did not offer to adjust the charge. I then informed her that she did not perform the 60 minutes as scheduled, she replied “I did not check the clock”. Still she did not try to make it right, I told her to cancel the next appointment and I would not be returning. She simply said ok and disconnected the call. I sent her an email confirming our telephone conversation, and I expected a response, still nothing. I will be calling my bank to retract the payment. LaDonna, shame on you, no business sense, no regard for your client.
