Solana Beach Branch San Diego County Library

I've lived in Solana Beach for decades and never thought to write a review of the local library, even though I use it often, until I was looking up another branch library and saw all the negative reviews it got. The Solana Beach Library is great! All the librarians are polite and helpful, although I have to admit Joani is my favorite and I always look for her to say hello when I drop in, even if I'm just picking up a book I've reserved. I enjoy the associated book store too and have found some great low-priced books, especially about gardening, recently.

It’s great. Lots of free time on the computer. Weird,futuristic materials check out and return system.

The librarian was kind and attentive. She helped me with my membership, installation of the libby app and reservation of the book l wanted. Awesome experience.
