This is definitely the worst place I have ever been too for nail service’s. My regular nail lady moved, so I had to find a new place. I walked into this place that was recommended to me by a friend. It looks nice, but the people definitely weren’t. I went in for a pedicure & manicure but left with only one. While I was getting my toes done I told the lady I wanted acrylic French tip toes, something I normally get, she said “those aren’t for you”. The lady proceeded to tell me my feet were ugly & to top it off she talked about it with other clients who had walked into the salon as if I didn’t hear her. If this place works for you great, but I’m not one for being talked badly of so I definitely won’t be back. I hope this review steers you away as well.Service:&nbsp;Nail painting

They staff are always kind, welcoming, attentive and skilled. I have tried several salons, but I keep coming back here. Maybe, it's the wine and margaritas. Lol. Seriously though, if you want a dip, you won't find a better deal or atmosphere.

Keisha is amazing at what she does! So personable and just a joy. I didn't feel rushed with her and she did an AMAZING pedicure!!!!

I've been truly contemplating whether I was going to write this review or not. It took me almost the whole day to finally calm down ,so I can sit and write all my thoughts down. After going to this location for over 3 years of providing this place my buisness, today is officially the last and final straw. I was made to feel unwelcome, unappreciated and disposable. If you want to know why read below: Over the course of the 3 years I had some overall great experiences. I had built a relationship with the staff . They always made me feel welcomed and made me feel like we were friends. I truly loved everything about the environment.  Scott was so kind to give me a member card just becomes I was there about every two weeks. He would always help pick out my toe nail colors. Until sometime last year or the beginning of this year I had a bad experience with the manager for the first time. She didn't do my nails the way I usually like them and her hands seemed to be a lot more shaking then normal. They were uneven on one side then the other and just made my nail issues even worse. The staff would argue in front of customers which always made me feel awkward . I did try to find another location to start getting my nails done in Tyler, but no luck. So I went back after I said I wasnt and gave it another chance.  This time I was introduced to Sam who has always made my nails look amazing no issues and had a great eye for colors. She always took her time and I felt she took pride in her work. Well on Sunday she wasn't there , but was referred to the new girl they had hired and I agreed. As I'm about done getting my pedi which the girl did an amazing job the manager grabbed my colors and told me sit down. I thought ok maybe i'll try this one more time maybe she had a bad day. Well I was wrong i tried to ask her a question about the colors I wanted and she got up and made a little scene which made me feel awkward . She didn't seem to really care about how they looked cause they weren't even ombre. When I called to advise them that I hated them and wanted them to be redone even offered to pay a second time they agreed and said to come in. A few minutes later they called back and advised me to go pick up my money for my nails and refused to redo them. Basically was told by partial owner, that he didn't want to get into an argument with the manager and just going to do as she said. The reasoning I was given was they felt they couldn't satisfy my needs and please me, however that wasn't the case I just wasn't satisfied with the managers work. After having a talk with Scott he agreed allow Sam to redo them and told me to come in. I advised him I didn't want any drama with her just wanting to get them looking right. When I got to the entrance Scott was standing there cash on the counter he grabbed it and  handed it to me and told me to leave. I was really confused cause they had just agreed to fixed them. I asked for a reason and basically was told that there was going to be issues and to leave. All this was happening as people were looking at me strange. So I told them I will make sure to let everyone know how i was treated. As I get into my vehicle Sam comes out to try and talk to. I explain my side and told her i never had an issue with her work she was amazing and I was hurt by how i was treated. She tried to tell me not to write a bad review because well it wasn't right, and I got my money back which I didn't ask for. She claims that I requested it, which was false. Manger comes outside knowing we now have issues, because of this and just stands there smirking and smiling not saying a word. Sam then the tries to in my opinion intimidate me into not writing a review by claiming they will respond. Which I advised they had every right to as I did to write this long review/experience. They basically walked away and sam wished me luck on finding someone to do my nails. I have attached photo of the nails in this review they were supposed to be an orange and black ombre.

After leaving one nail salon because I didn’t feel welcome. I went to Solar.. I was immediately greeted by the nice gentleman named Scott at the front door.. He politely asked what services I needed . I got a pedi, dip powder for nails , lashes and brows done.. my experience was amazing.. the salon was very nice and clean.. I was offered beverages and just treated like a friend instead of a customer.. I’m so pleased  with the services I received ..they were kind and I will definitely be back..Services:&nbsp;Pedicure

We always love them! They are the absolute kindest and most reasonable priced. I’ve been going there for 5 years… when I try to go somewhere else with friends and what not it is always a disaster & I end up going to them to fix it lol.Services:&nbsp;Foot massages

Worst pedi I’ve ever had.  Technician pulled my little toe so hard I got a cut where the skin cracked.  He shaped the top of one toe with a drill type tool but did not do the other one.  The ‘’massage” lasted 30 seconds.  The water was cold.  Go somewhere else if you want to be treated well.Service:&nbsp;Pedicure
