We had such an amazing family dinner tonight at Solstice. The food was creative, stunning, and delicious. The staff were very accommodating and even called us at home when a table became available. Highly recommend checking out this quaint, yummy joint in Fraser!
We had a lovely meal at Solstice with our family after a day of skiing. The setting is small and intimate and the food was delicious. Our waiter was attentive and helpful in giving recommendations around the area. My husband accidentally left his phone and the owner was kind enough to mail it to us after we returned home. We will definitely return on our next trip to Winter Park.
The atmosphere is warm and inclusive, the food is spectacular, and the wine and cocktail lists are unique and inspired! I'm proud to spend my evenings here and can't wait for more folks to try these amazing creations. So freaking good. Check out Solstice.
Gem of a spot to eat! Food here is so tasty and unique! Next to Safeway, a must stop spot to grab a drink, meet friends and relax after a great day outdoors. Cool decor, awesome stocked bar with a good choice of local options to drink. Plate sizes small to modest, perfect for sharing and trying a few on the menu.
Low key small bistro with limited seating. Reservations recommended, but friendly limited bar for those without. Had a smattering of different tapas - all were quality and delicious. My favorite was the bison mushroom ravioli and my husband's the lamb sliders, which i agree were delicious. Definitely worth checking out.
Everything from the pre-dinner cocktails to the dessert paired with the peppermint patty off the drink menu was top notch. I am originally from New England, and the shrimp Alfredo was cooked so explicitly, I went back and gave the chef my personal compliments. The shrimp had a solid crunch when you bit in but then was so juicy, it’s making my mouth water just thinking about the experience.
I was wowed. Arrived around 4:30 PM for Happy Hour with a friend. The appetizer combination we ordered was superb. The owner, Susan, and her employee, Austin, treated us like family. A perfect place you do not want to miss when visiting Winter Park/Fraser. I'll be back.Food: 5/5
We had a really great experience at Solstice Bistro last night! Cute spot with incredible food and super friendly staff. I had the best drink I’ve had in my life-it was named Liquid Blanket. We had the Chicken Alfredo and the Noodle Bowl. Thank you, Sue and Austin!
Way overpriced for the food. Came out cold after 60 minute wait - 45 minute wait for a glass of wine and we were the only people there!!! Advertise happy hour from 4-5 and did not offer happy hour options or pricing. Don’t waste your time or money. Waiter was grumpy to top it all off. Total disappointment.
Excellent small plates in a modern, but cozy environment. The spaetzle was my favorite!Food: 5/5
