My favorite lingerie store! Comfortable underwear & bras. Top quality!
I have always had the hardest time finding a bra that actually fits. I went to Victoria Secret and didn’t have my size I’m a very ODD size went to Torrid and nothing was referred to Soma and OMG as soon as I walked in Teresa was there and helped me till we found something that fit and she is a godsend stayed with me till we found what worked and she was so helpful and so understanding. We had to have gone through at least 20 different ones but she didn’t give up. Will forever buy from there now. Best experience I have ever had bra shopping.
Love this place! I am a G cup so I have a hard time finding bras. They are always super helpful, they will measure you if you need, and bring lots of things to try on. They also save your size and style so you can get the same one next time. Highly recommend!
Places a large order after my first real fitting. One I got my order I wore the first bra and I did not fit it even made notices when I moved. I took it back well it was warm can not return it now. I had bought two. So I got refitted and it was a different size than the first so I got a different bra. I Ware it and it felt nice but..... then Everytime I reached up It popped up over my breasts. And I have to adjust. Everytime I have can not ware this one either. So two very expensive bras later and I am back to my old ones from Another store. I waist of money lots of money. When I got upset about it and the sales lady said sorry hun try and have a nice day NEXT!
Awful, dismissive service at this location both times I’ve gone. Most recent experience, the staff was not wearing masks. Seriously? Not cool given the surge of COVID-19 numbers in Hamilton County. Much better service at the Fashion Mall location!!
