Food was good until I got to the rolled tacos. Found a hair in the rolled tacos. I can call and ask for a replacement, but is it worth the drive? Hopefully the owner sees this review to up their safety and health measures. Good job Sombrero for losing a customer.Takeout: Yes
I really like the way they cook the carne asada. The torta is one if my favorites, the vegetables and guacamole are fresh, very tasty food.
After being sure that this place is completely terrible I try to give them another chance and what happens if I order Carna aSada fries Drive in traffic all the way over there and all the way home about a 15 minute drive each way just to get home and find out that they forgot to put meat and cheese and sour cream and guacamole on the fries! That’s right a huge plate of french fries, still the same lousy service as I remember, PS don’t come here because I’m never coming back as well. They were not even apologetic the guy seemed like he was having a really bad day I get it, stay in school and maybe you don’t have to work at a place you hate
I hardly share reviews anymore, but when a place serves you cold food & forgets your order of rolled tacos while still charging you for them... that crosses the line. Never coming here again.Food: 3/5
Ordered my burrito with no pico when I told them the lady said she didn’t hear me. But when I order the employees where having a full conversation not paying attention. Wasted $15 and 20 minutes of my time. Will never go to another sombreros again. Good thing your signs says you are closed on Mondays you should make it permanent with the employees that work in that branch.
I liked to go here for the value and quality. Always knew I was getting a good meal at a fair price. Not any more. 12 dollars for a burrito that was soggy. Come on sombrero, I understand price increase but you have to keep the quality up if you want me to come back. There are a lot of taco shops around, might be checking them out if you don't raise your game up.
Great food but they rip you off horribly, they've raised their prices within the past year or so which is expected every so often but they cut the portions in half as well, it's a little over $9 for a half order of carne asada fries and other taco shops half orders are bigger than their full orders. Pretty pathetic!
Food is good, but service leaves a lot to be desired. Got an email for some type of meal deal. Hungry I go to Sombreros. I show the cashier I want this deal from the email look this one showing my phone. "Oh i cannot charge it correctly I cannot give you the deal" Bummed out I just left with no meal deal and no food. You win some you lose some. No attempt was made to honor the email deal. IN MY LINE OF WORK I ALWAYS DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER. Sucks taking care of customers and not getting the same back when your turn to do business with businesses.
Ordered full order Carne asade fries and it was small order I have been coming here for years and it now sucks I showed her she said that's a full size!!! Then asked for 3 red 1 green sauce she only gives me 1 of each. No longer coming here and I don't recommend u do either.
Easy to find a parking spot and food is usually ready in minutes. Great place, always clean and the service is excellent.
