Welcome to Somerset Air Service, the operators of Somerset Airport (SMQ), a family owned and operated public use airport since 1946. We offer a full range of aircraft services as well as flight school, an on-demand charter operation and maintenance facility.

Landed for fuel. Was given full service for the fuel as well. When our plane was towed to the FBO, the lineman towed our airplane Piper Arrow very fast and erratic. Lineman came very close to damaging the airplane into the FBO at a high speed. Extremely disappointed on how poorly a visiting aircraft was treated.

Great GA Airport!! Staff and instructors are great. There's a viewing area to watch the planes and helicopters take off and land. Great spot to fly to/from our just bring the kids for an afternoon!!

Somerset Airport is a great place to bring the family. There is a fenced area in the parking lot to watch the planes take off and land and the helicopters too! Family owned and operated since it opened! Somerset offers flight lessons all the way to charters!! Come check them out!!!

Flying here since 1972. Family owned. Mr. Walker built a great airfield.
