I paid for the ULTIMATE wash, which includes trunk vacuum/cleaning, and I got the ULTIMATE disappointment. Don't waste your money. I know I won't be going here anymore.

I had been coming here for years with little to no issue, however in the last 3 times I’ve attempted to get my car washed I’ve faced either a closed car wash or one that wasn’t taking any more cars. All 3 of my last attempts have been during their posted hours and the most recent was today and there won’t be a 4th attempt. If you can’t stay open or operating during the hours you post, change the hours. **edit** in response to the owner. Today closing early may have been done due to Mother’s Day but the previous 2 times there was no holiday and no obvious reasons for such. Each of the times I’ve gone well before the posted closing hour multiple hours before closing so it purely seems like a crapshoot to catch them open or not.

I've been coming to this car wash for quite a while now, The service here is excellent, from a regular car wash to a full detail these guys know what they're doing and believe me when it comes to your car you want the best, your car will look sparkly clean inside and out The best car wash in the area! First, lemme tell something, I am washing my car here for about 8 yrs here now. Today I had very bad experience with the cleaning. Usually the interior cleaning will be very good. But today it was worst. Interior cleaning was completed with a minute. I doubted how come they can complete so quickly. When I entered the car, i see only the dash and the steering wheel was sprayed and cleaned. Attaching the video. Making one mistake over the course of time will spoil the 8 yrs of good name.

I came in and paid for the ultimate package. I should have just paid for the basic. I had to remind them to do the wheels and tires, they barely touched the interior, and did not do anything with the trunk… all things included in the ultimate package. When I complained to the front desk about the floor mats, she asked me to park the car in the side, walked over and said “you can hand them to me”. As in I had to take the mats out myself and hand them to her, where she proceeded to vacuum them and hand them back to me. This was in front of the other customers and workers. Which obviously created a scene. The entire experience was awful. It seemed like she tried to gaslight me by making me feel like I did something wrong. I paid for services that weren’t rendered, simple as that. No need to explain the entire process and then create a scene. I’ll never come back here. This place doesn’t honor the service you pay for. Why offer services you don’t intend to perform but still take the money for?

I recently got my bmw washed and while outside was fine, the interior looks like it wasn’t touched at all. The cup holder, near the screen, all over the dashboard, it wasn’t clean at all. There were spots and stains, things that could be cleaned with a rag. I’m not sure what they did inside the car because it looks like it was in the same condition as it arrived in. I won’t be going here after this happened multiple times.

Please reconsider getting another person at the front desk. The lady today had let's say a undesireble attitude when I threw a can with liquid into the garbage can inside. I only did that because the guys in the back picked up the trash for the day when you are still accepting customers. I noticed I bothered so I offered her to take the trash can out of the garbage. Once again she game me a nasty look and had no reply at all. She was down right unwelcoming and unprofessional. I am taking my money somewhere else because of her.

Paid $32 to get the car cleaned up. The rims are not clean The vacuum is not done properly all over not only that all the windows you will see that it's not clean properly on the marks are everywhere. Just horrible job and yet they charge $32 for a platinum service makes no sense. I would recommend to take the lower end package where they do vacuum in bit of cleaning then paying this much money for no reason. Went there for the first time extremely disappointed.

Friendly attendants and plenty of staff cleaning the cars and do a good job of drying the car and cleaning the glass surfaces. Good for regular wash and vacuum, anything extras like the ultimate and other packages, save money and do it yourself. Came here thinking it would been better from the past experiences but not much difference. Example of the tire shine, no more manually and they said that it is done by the machine now. Then I would suggest to have it calibrated since it cannot complete the job it's supposed to do. Saw some else reported similar issue a year ago and I guess still not fixed.

I have been a regular customer of Village Plaza Car Wash for several years. I have been very happy with the cleaning of my car. Last week, I lost my keys on their property. The manager and employees went above expectations in helping me find them. They looked at video footage and discovered that I had accidentally dropped my keys in the trash. Without hesitation, an employee retrieved my keys from the trash. I cannot thank the employees or manager enough for their outstanding customer service. Yes, they do a great job cleaning cars but their customer service is outstanding!! Thank you so much for helping me!!Services: Wheel washing
