Great cafe, cozy atmosphere! The breakfast was delicious! Our service was amazing! And the strawberry pie was to die for! Definitely worth the trip! We will be there again! And again! Parking: Several spots to park! Kid-friendliness: It’s a kid friendly place! Wheelchair accessibility: It’s small inside, but wheelchair accessible, the staff will accommodate and make room!
Somerset Cafe is literally a family owned and operated business. Mom cooks, Dad runs the register, and all eleven kids work in various capacities. It is an old building in a quaint small town. The place is very clean with a family atmosphere and ample parking. The pies are SCRUMPTIOUS with very flaky crusts. The chicken pot pie is to awesome! The cafe serves large portions. A must for anyone who is willing to make the drive to this quaint spot!

Hidden gem in Kansas! Friday night dinner was fried chicken, mashed potatoes and corn and WOW was it top notch!! Friendly atmosphere and staff along with world famous pies!! I found this place through a resident I care for & I had to stop to pick her up a slice of raisin crème pie!Dine in: Yes
The wife says she "can't quit thinking about their lemon meringue pie with blueberries in it. Their dessert options are all wonderful, but that one was a surprising sensational combination." We will have to go back.Food: 5/5

It is a bit of a drive from Topeka, but do it anyway. This cafe is right out of the past. You walk in and feel the warmth. Everyone seems to know each other. The restaurant has recently been sold and has undergone a huge remodel. It is much improved while still keeping its original appeal. They are closed on Sunday and Monday. The service is outstanding. I am very picky and am happy to say the breakfast was delicious! Everything was hot and well prepared. The coffee was really good and they had toast made from homemade wheat bread. Much has been said about the pie, and they are right. The pie is perfect!
Small and cozy restaurant and the best restaurant ever in Dover. People are really friendly and the cakes and pies are worthwhile to taste. Recommended!!
Small town Cafes are the best and this one is no exception to the rule. I had the blt on toasted home made bread and cherry crumble and it was over the top. If your looking to get away and have a great meal you won't be disappointed. I will definitely be going back.
