Looking for great prices on quality silver jewelry in central Connecticut? Look no further than Song Birds, located in Newington. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who are down-to-earth and hassle-free.
DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT. PURCHASE ANY DEVICES OF ANY KIND FROM THIS COMPANY. They will not honor the devices if they are defective and will give you multiple excuses why it’s too “hard” for them to warranty a device, when they are the ONLY ones who can. I purchased a pax 3 complete kit, and when it was defective directly out of the box they attempted to replace it with just the device and make us lose all the kits extras, without any offer of a refund for the difference. They offer ZERO recourse for the products they sell. The place is already overpriced and has an awkward atmosphere as the workers watch you like a hawk while simultaneously knowing nothing about the products they are selling. There’s multiple reputable head shops on the berlin turnpike, pick any one of them. Just don’t go here.
From inexpensive to high end. From clothing to glass, and from jewelry to papers. Larger store with multiple rooms and a great collection of locally blow glass with artist specific show cases. The manager is very knowledgeable about the artists and can answer any questions you might have. Very patient and understanding of your needs as a customer. This was my first time visiting and I am sure to go back !
Great customer service! The owner I assume is very helpful and friendly as soon as you step foot in the store! He has very good product knowledge and explains the pros and cons of each option!
First visit was a quick run through to see what was there. Nice looking comfortable clothes and pipes and more pipes. Beautiful work! Will be back soon.
By far the best shop around, been a supporter since the opening! Got multiple heady pieces there and more to come in the future hopefully! ONLY thing is they need to get more quality bangers like Evan shores and more mothership glass too!!
I was short on time and I was looking to spend more time looking around for there was so much to see it was a fantastic place. The staff at Song Birds are very attentive to your needs and make sure that you have a good understanding of the products that you have an interest in or you are looking to buy. Overall I was extremely impressed in a short period of time.
Very helpful staff. One of the gentleman took the time to help me pick a vape juice. He didn't seem rushy or bothered by my questions. He was very informative and patient. His prices on vape juice were really reasonable too. Cool shop too. A lot of different things like jewelry and insents. Something for everyone.
Shift manager Anthony promised me 30 day return policy. I returned for a credit not refund as I was buying more stuff. Needed a receipt so I left and returned the next day with the receipt and ready to spend a lot of money on many items and he was rude and would not accept my return despite his promise 24 hrs earlier. No ethics. No integrity. Amd now they lost a great customer who would have recommended them to lots of friends.
Customer service is stellar. They know their products. Very clean shop. Competitive prices. If you need advice on what to get ie quitting cigerettes and don't know anything about vapes, go here. Just look at the # of stars breakdown. Everyone loves this place, and for good reason.
