I am familiar with buying liability insurance since that is all I can afford, when I went into the office i was told that I had to pay 110 a month because I was being punished by the state of New Mexico because I didn’t have insurance in the pass. Paying 110 in car insurance, for me, is not doable at the moment, so I went back in to try and see if I can get my payments a little lower, I come to find out they can lower my payment by 47 dollars because I had an insurance policy that was not just liability when that’s clearly what I went in for. I couldn’t understand why I was lied to. This is why people choose to do business out of town. This is a disappointing and very discouraging, with prices going up on everything you would think people would be honest and helpful but that was not the case for me. Also I had to go to a building that was behind them so I left my car parked there and the agent came out harassing me telling me I couldn’t park there because I was no longer a customer of there’s. I wonder where these people have learned their customer service.And the only thing I was doing was dropping off a happy meal to a little girl who’s mom volunteers at that building, she volunteers her time to help the community.

Excellent people to deal with... Took care of my motorcycle insurance within minutes... Great that they have a staff of four , so you don't have to wait, there's generally somebody to take care of you right away :-

Liliana is amazing  I moved my insurance policy to this office from another agent who doesn't understand customer service to this office because not only did she and the rest of the staff provide me with outstanding professional Service but also went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my 2 Auto, Home, and motorcycle policies. This was my insurance choice for years. It is generally more expensive but good coverage.
