Ordered a chicken sandwich and a large cookie dough blast. The chicken looked very horrible and old. It was also very tiny. Honestly I probably should've accepted my loss and thrown it out instead of eating it. If I get sick, I'll add another review. The large blast only had cookie dough on the top 1/4 of it. The rest was only ice cream. Really, really lame. What a waste of $15 and my time. :-/
Order was made well. Popcorn chicken and tots were crunchy, not greasy, and tasty. Coke was fresh and has no ice like we asked. Update 7/26: We got a vanilla shake, chocolate chip cooked dough sonic blast, tots, and popcorn chicken. Everything was good and tasted fresh. This location never disappoints
Pulled up and ordered. We were made aware that it may be a little while before we get our food if we didn't mind waiting. We agreed. It really didn't take any longer than expected. Friendly service and good hot food. Thanks! Food: 4/5
No tots, kids burgers, ketchup, or napkins! $35 for food that had to be sent back because of really poor quality. High prices for food quality and customer service! Last visit for sure! Called and complained to corporate, because if it is not be ran appropriately it needs to be shut down. Health inspector has been notified and complaint filed. I do not believe the food quality safe for public consumption. Just gross.
Ordered banana shake it was good. Person who took the order was not very friendly. It was basically go ahead with your order read it back to us and gave us the total. No greeting, no thank you. The person that brought out our order was more friendly.Food: 4/5
I ordered a burrito and so did my husband. I opened the burrito to see which was which, and mine looked like a pile of leftover eggs that they scraped the bottom for. Keep I. Mind the time was 9:58a on a Saturday. There is no reason the food should be this poor quality. The last time I got a burrito from sonic that looked like this, I ended up with food poisoning. I ate it because I was hungry and thought they wouldn't serve old food. This is a different Sonic, and it seems the brand overall can't get their act together. Guess it will be another 7 or 8 years before I try them again. No I didn't grt to eat my breakfast, and they were out of hot coffee all together. The only saving grace was the girl that served us Jesiah? was polite.
This Sonic location must be a corporate store. The parking lot is falling apart with a huge pothole at the entrance. Only half of the drive-up spaces either have no order kiosk or they don't work. A franchise owner would never be allowed to operate a franchise like this. The food was so horrible that I threw it into the trash.Food: 1/5
1st time ever I got the extra fresh strawberries in my shake..still forgot the cherry but I can deal with that...I got the kid burger...lots of choices to add to it. It was done correctly. I drove away with no complaintsFood: 5/5
Was the third time I've tried to get a strawberry shake there. The help is the least to say the most. No wonder the parking lots empty at 6pm. Used to be a nice place I won't go back
We went through the driveway through and the car in front of us was trying to order and the employee wasn't doing her job and either speaking with another employee or on the phone... she left the speaker on and was cussing up a storm... the car in front left and I was like since we just want a shake I'll see if she'll take our order... to no avail she didn't respond to me... so after 10 minutes in line I didn't get a shake...
