Waited 10 mins to be helped and no one came to help. The workers were even doing anything and pressed the help button several times and nothing so I left to taco bell they really need to do something about the Delano sonicFood: 1/5
Food cold and thrown together looks nothing like pictures very long wait missing ingredients, drinks watered down and gross. Don't bother coming unless you want to be overcharged for bad service
I love to drive my car to Sonics in DELANO California for a cold refreshment. On every occasion the drive through is so slow. I have waited over thirty minutes to order at which time the staff a female tells me that the shake machine is broken. This has happened more often than not. The last time she told me her boss overhead her and asked her why she was lying to customers? Also they never mix the shakes properly. I have also been served the wrong order. The service is horrible. The owner has a fabulous franchise but the service and wait time is just horrible. The poor manager is very nice and conscience but he is overworked trying to pickup the slack behind the lazy staff that he has working for him.
Everyone is so good, but the slushes don’t know what kind of water they use for the ice that gives it a funky taste I’ve had slushes from other sonic around they all taste so much better
Fast service order a grape nerd slushy. So so good. Sweet drink very flavorful.

Service sucks not good. I was waiting at the drive thru for a good 5 minutes I could here the employees but they would not assist me. I then decided to drive up to the window and I could see them in the restaurant and they did not come to the window. It was breakfast time and I was on a work route with a short amount of time for a quick break. Due to their incompetence I was unable to take a lunch. Thanks Sonic for the poor customer service. I will no longer be a regular customer.
The credit card machine didn't work and manger did not give us Coney chill dogs she gave us regular dogs. Not goodFood: 1/5
1 star b/c on my lunch hour, all ordering stalls were off. So had to go through drive through and it took up most of my lunch hour to get my order. Now giving my own stars for food 5 stars good burgers!!
