I placed a order in the app for for two "jumbo" popcorn chickens, two limeaids with EXTRA real fruit. Here's the "jumbo" chicken...it was bread crumbs, two pieces were even edible, the rest crunchy crumbs. That's two orders of jumbo chicken beside a dime and a quarter for perspective. There's nothing jumbo about that popcorn chicken at all. Our two limeads with extra cherries had no cherries and no lime, as you see from the picture there was no fruit in it. Very disappointed with this Sonic, not to mention it took 20 minutes from the time I ordered it to the time they brought it out.
I brought my toddlers to eat dinner. Got the wacky pack burgers I asked for them to be plain. They weren’t and I sent them back and they came back and it was still wrong. Decided to just give it to them anyway. They got food poisoning immediately from it and was throwing up all over the place. Tried calling but nobody answered. 0/5 never will return.
I’m only giving two stars because I feel bad for them. They only have 2 people working at a time. The young man is so nice, he’s the runner/cook/intercom person. But we have yet to ever get a correct order at this location, EVER. Not just recently. The Parking spots take 20-30min to get your order. Unfortunately won’t be back to this location. I’ve even contacted the corporate customer service who keeps saying I’ll get refunds, but never do.
Food took 45 minutes and then it was cold and had to ask for part of it they forgot. I understand that they might be understaffed, but management should reach out to corporate and do something about it. Either shut down all stalls and do drive thru only, or pay workers and get some who can actually run the place. A very sad experience for a place I have always loved to go and take my kids.
I cannot believe how many reviews are all the same, slow service. The drive thru apparently doesn't work so we had to park and order. It took 20 minutes for a slushie and corn dog. I ordered 3 drinks to go and that took 30 more minutes of waiting.. The food was good though, but I can go somewhere else for less time spent waiting.Food: 5/5
So, I am done going to this location. I supported the new owner a few years ago when he said things would change and get better at this location. Well, it has not. How long does it take to fix the drive up speaker/where your order if you do not go to a stall? This has been out for weeks. The stalls, well, only about 5 at any given time are working, always a paper indicating it is not working on most. Today, I stood for 20 minutes at the patio spot, finally i get someone that asks to take my order, but guess what, we have a famous mcdonalds issue that I encountered just 2 weeks ago as well as today, the ice cream machine is down. Are you for real??? Is this still broken from 2 weeks ago and if it is, why is it not fixed yet. Maybe put up your little white papers that you have now become famous for to indicate that there is no ice cream. whatever sonic...I so know you will not miss me and I will not miss you as well....You can delete my fb comment, that is cool, hence why they have other places to review, which I so will do...thanks sonic

Believe the bad reviews. Only 4 FOUR working stalls. And no drive thru, it’s broken as well Service is slow and abysmal. I have no idea how they stay in business.Food: 1/5
The lady on the speaker was so rude to me for no reason. I have no idea why she was so mean. For that reason I will not be coming back. Didn’t get her name but I was there 1:05pm 7-12-23. The girl that brought my food out was very sweet. Whoever is on that speaker, should not be. She has no business talking to customers. She should be in the kitchen or something. So rude
DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION!!! This restaurant allows orders through delivery apps 24 hours a day but they are only open 9am-9pm and your order will be canceled. Even if you order during the hours they are open, your order will be canceled. I have waited TWO HOURS for a morning order, only for them to cancel it in the end. I have tried calling this location to talk to a manager, but no one answers the phone. STAY AWAY!
