Ordered a Oreo blast and a banana shake those were okay but the chili cheese fries were not it. I asked for a medium and I got half of the serving. Not only that the fries were hard as well. Don’t come here if you want to pay $20 for 3 things then receive wack food. You probably can get more at McDonald’s for less! See the picture for what I mean what a joke
The service was very good. Once arrived and checked in, we received the food within minutes. However, we ordered the grilled-cheese BURGER, but DID NOT receive the BURGER. Kinda a little disappointed, but wasn't worth the time going back for a replacement. In any event, hope the employees in the kitchen will be more diligent when fulfilling orders correctly.
Got our order totally wrong. Wasn't busy, but took a long time to get my order. Food wasn't really that tasty either but at least the milkshake was good.Food: 2/5
If there was a ZERO OPTION I would choose it. We went through the drive thru placed our order, when received the order I asked the clerk to check it- she confirmed it was ALL there. Went home there was 2 wrong burgers and 2 missing tots. We WENT BACK through the drive-thru and asked for what was missing, and re ordered our messed up items. The clerk was a young lady that had an attitude some unknown reason. I mentioned we should be accommodated for having to return for the errors. She was huffing and puffing threw my 20 back at me handed me the bag as she looked away and ignored me. I thanked her sarcastically for her awful service and left. Will be reaching out to corporate for that behavior. DO BETTER SONIC.
I would like to come here more often but the service is really slow and some employees are quite rude. Wish there were better employees that could be hired and improve this business. Food is average quality.Food: 3/5
I drive to the window to order my food on July 14, at 1030pm. The bugars were terrible. I ask the food service if I could have a burger with no salt. She mentioned their can't make a burger with no salt. They are already made up. I got my bugars for 3 people. They tasted terrible. I don't think it is hamburger meat. It tasted terrible. We dump the 4 sandwiches in the trash. What a waste of money. $36.00.
They're slushies and drinks are always a winter. Pull you down. Give you a little brain freeze but give you that little sweetness that you're missing in your life. Whether it's hot or on your way to the wine country.Food: 5/5
I normally don't eat fast food. Maybe once every 3 months. I went today because I was in the area and wanted a drink. I ordered a medium unsweetened ice tea and two hot dogs. The hot dogs were okay and reasonably priced. However, my complaint is about the styrofoam drink containers. When I got home and took the ice tea from my cup holder, there was a large hole punctured by the plastic straw at the bottom of the cup. The ice tea was all over my clothes, my cloth car seat and driver side floor and door. The liquid gushed out of the hole and the end of the straw sticking out from it. I know nothing will be done about my stained clothes and upholstery by Sonic. All I ask is that you consider changing from styrofoam to another option for your drinks. If it happened to me I know it has or will happen to others. I will be posting on social media to inform others about styrofoam containers.
The young lady who works here try to short me $1 on my change and not give me a receipt but I called her out and made her bring me my dollar back this chick but she was going to play me well ha ha joke's on you girl. So just be careful of some LBB is your food carrierFood: 4/5
Every few times I've have come to Sonic's it's a good experience. The employee's perform their duties well. The food overall is good american food who doesn't like that. The shakes and blizzards are best part of going to this location. It is a 15 mile drive for me but it's worth it since you can park and eat hey maybe play a movie in your vehicle while eating.
