This photo is a $3.89 Medium Chili Cheese Fries. I’m not sure if it’s worth it comparing to different fast food restaurants serving the same food. Wienerschnitzel has a large size fries with more fries for $5.50. Not sure if that price is accurate for the large. Well, when I ordered a medium size fries here, it’s like a size small chili cheese fries. I don’t know if the restaurant may change it plate or not. Otherwise, the food is good. The size of the plate is the problem. Probably other customers has the same problem for the other foods at this restaurant. I suggest that the restaurant plates for sandwiches and sides fries, tater tots, etc… should be bigger. That’s all I can comment on for the food.
The store made a mistake on my burger, I had to drive all the way back and asked for the store to at the least compensate a drink, I was told that was not their policy and they would be happy to remake my burger. The second burger was wrong too. It was remade the wrong way again. Unbelievable. *** Would like to add that after checking my daughter's corn dog it was burnt. If customer service is a top priority, I believe you can offer some type of compensation or discount ***
I did a mobile order online and when I got my food, my wife was checking the food and found that her sandwich was made incorrectly and that I only had 4 mozzarella sticks w/ no marinara sauce that they come with when I had ordered a large 8 piece of jalapeño poppers. Josh, my server, had stated that they were out, which was no big deal, but you could have at least given me a large like I ordered or let me know & ask what I would like to substitute for. My wife requested the sandwich to be remade and would like to add a blizzard to the order this is where is starts to get bad. I waited over an hour to get my food, which is not my standard for “fast food”. No compensation for the wait and/or complimentary food/beverage and no apology just acted like he was bothered/annoyed. My food was already cold waiting for my order to be corrected & by the time I got home the food was soggy and gross. The sandwich wasn’t even remade, they just scraped off what was requested not to be on there in the first place you could taste it on the sandwich. What if we were allergic? As to why the wait was so long? No idea. I get that things happen, but this happens every single time I go there & makes me think twice on going back..
I like their chicken sandwich. I was excited about the 2 pm half price drinks so tried the more expensive slushes. I was disappointed that it is mostly ice and not much liquid! But otherwise I like to have the choice of having a carhop or driving through so I think it is a fun place to go. Parking: There is a drive thru and parking to have food brought to your car. Plus there is parking to just sit and eat under shaded carports. Dietary restrictions: They do have some sugar free syrups for slushies.
Friendly staff very hard working. Great food and good value. Expect a longer wait on busier nights. Overall food and atmosphere is worth the visit. Food: 5/5
Not so good. The hot dogs tasted like they are a couple days old, fries and onion rings seem greasy and old. Other then the tasty drink concoctions, this will be my last time visiting a Sonic.
I bought a chicken and bacon sandwich and it was good but a little dry and a big piece of yellow lettuce had to be removed from my sandwich. Half of their ordering boards have been removed from the parking lot.Food: 3/5
I stopped short and had to evaluate my bias fron the2 reprehensible experiences I have had at 2 locations separated by 100 miles. I was told when I went to a stall to order I pushed the button to be told that the stalls are closed. I asked if I could still order somehow. He repeated threw times that the drive through was open. I proceeded to the back where I could to no avail, attempt to order again. Nothing except the next patron came forward to to help me trigger the ordering speaker. Finally at the drive in window I approached and had cash in hand as to assuage what fears they may have. Only after empathizing with the people working the drive thru did this younger gentleman at the head of the sonic bus told me I couldn't order any fashion under any circumstances at all. He ended by repeating himself concerning the drive thru was open however its only open to cars and its always discretionary. He was being mean and evil and cast me off like so much bilge water. We cussed each other and I realized this place looks like the Flintstones diner on the hill which had never seen fresh paint or repairs. V
Super disappointed. I went through the drive thru and they told me their machine wouldn't read my card. I had no other form of payment so I gave her back the food and apologized. But when I left I checked my account and they charged me twice! I flipped around and the girl told me it wasn't her problem and to call corporate. Disgusting service.
They had some staffing issues in the last few months but lately customer service has been much quicker. Can't speak to their food, but they have the best drinks, and THE BEST ICE. Only constructive criticism I'd offer, is teach employees, many of whom are just learning customer service for the first time, to smile. It's AMAZING how far that goes. And when you don't, it makes a customer seem more like they're a nuisance than a welcome patron.
