I vist this location frequently and have never had an issue. I love the services, food, and drinks. However if you want exceptional service, go there and ask for Andrew. This young man makes my experience that much better everything I go. He takes his time, makes sure the orders are correct and always make sure he welcomes me back. Reading this does no justice for his excellent work ethic. You truly have to experience his customer service personally.
I go there everyday and get the same thing everyday most of the waiters know me by face and recognize me everyday. But there is one waitress up there that has a very bad attitude she has blue hair and obviously don't like her job because she always has an attitude everytime I go up there she's not friendly at all. The service is usually okay but that one car hopper with blue hair is not friendly and or helpful and if you ask for something that you need she will roll her eyes and go and get it and come back with an attitude even more so that might be an adjustment the company needs to make because I'm a very good customer and a loyal customer and I'm very friendly to everybody that works there even the ones that aren't friendly back. But as much business as I do with this location I am going to end up taking my 20 plus dollars to another location with people who are just as humble as I am to them.
It's always a hit or miss here. Sometimes, their grease is burnt and you can definitely tell when ur tots/ onion rings leave a nasty after taste in your mouth. Chicken is always to crispy to eat. This store has the potential to do better Food: 2/5
Order taker at drive through seemed intoxicated, and incoherent; otherwise, a good experience. I only went for 2 milkshakes. They were awesome!Food: 4/5
Here we go again, a cup full of icecream and just a sprinkle of snicker on top. I bring it to your attention and you still want to charge me for extra snickers. So here's your 1 . The good thing is This will be the last 1 I give you because I wont be back I will literally drive the extra 3 minutes to go to DQ
Great service. Younger staff and I was blown away by their professionalism. They made sure my order was right. Quick service and very nice! Big shout out to Jermaine my car hopper and the young man who took my order over the speaker. Yall deserve raises!! Tell ya boss I said give yall some more money on that paycheck yall doing ya thing!!!! Thank you.
a guy name andrew who works at sonic on tobacco rd, was the sweetest, nicest, respectful person. he is the best employee i’ve even seen.Food: 5/5
The food was a bit messy, but at least the cooks didn't skimp out on the portions. It was warm and delicious, and the carhop was very friendly. The better store of nearby locations.Food: 4/5
What happened to their Grilled Chicken Sandwich?? Lord McDonald’s Deluxe Chicken Sandwich was WAY better tasting and such a better deal ..when ordering on appFood: 3/5
Went to the local Sonic. The service is a little slow when they're packed, on a night like tonight. The food was pretty good but generally speaking it took a lot longer to get my food than I accustomed to. I ordered a new York hot dog, breakfast sandwich, and a Snickers ice cream thing. I also ordered a slushie to go. The payment process was quick and easy but the time it took a while to make it.
