Continue to go here because of the all day happy hour on the app. Otherwise I probably never would. It’s pretty inefficient. Though the people are generally nice. Few of the stalls work with the app, which is frustrating. Would love to see this Sonic step it up. Could be so great. Parking: Stalls can be tough to come by. It’s limited. Kid-friendliness: Corn dogs!
I order my husband and I our late lunch/dinner when I got off work and my cheese sticks weren’t cooked all the way and my popcorn chicken was full of the little crispy crunchy pieces. None of them even had chicken in them; I had broke my tooth eating them & my husbands dr. Pepper was out tasted like carbonated water with syrup. I called and they wrote my name in the book to come back and have it fixed. So I go today and they tell me my names not in the book and they can only give me my popcorn chicken not the chz sticks not sure why. They bring my chicken out and it’s the same exact way and I tried calling and no one is answering. We spent a total of $35 for dinner for us
It's a hit or miss at the Kaufman location. Seems most of the bay checkouts are broken. But you dont know that until you pull in. We always get our food to go. Combos for 5-6 people get crammed into 2 sacks if we're lucky and the tots are almost always over cooked. Overall, nice staff.Food: 2/5
I pulled up to the stall and pressed the button. I sat there for 20-25mins and no one come on to take my order. There were no cars in the drive thru ordering so I pulled around there and I'll be damn! Instantly came on the microphone! When I told the lady in the drive thru window, I heard her yell out to the other employees that I was the 3rd person to report no help at the stalls! DO YALLS JOB OR GO HOME! Yall need to be taking care of the stall customers. After today I will not be returning
What is the point of ordering ahead if your order isn’t done anywhere near that time. We order a Reese’s blast and a lemonade slush and had to wait an additional 20 minutes from when we placed the order 15 minutes ahead of time. The service is terrible at this location. Plus after we pulled away and took a bite of the blast it was butterfinger not Reese’s.
This is the third time I have had to wait over twenty to thirty minutes. The first time my food order was wrong. The second and third time were for drinks and ice but no one ever even answered my stall call button. I hope somewhere else will have ice like sonic for me to make my smoothies with so I wouldn't have to waste my time.
Sonic in Kaufman was very unprofessional. We ordered on the Sonic App and went to go pick it up. However, the person who ordered it was not the one to go pick it up. Sonic employees stated they could not find the order and advised us to go back and have the person who ordered it come get it. We did, when we got back we tried to check in on the phone but it was unavailable. The Sonic employees were immediately able to locate the order. Sonic employees brought the order out and I asked to speak to a Manager. The Manager had no clue what was going on or why they could not find the order before we left the first time. The employee who dealt with us came out and joined our conversation and advised us our order was in the drive thru and they had to switch it over. I advised her that they had to put it there we did not. She insisted it was us when I told her it wasn't she said she was not sure what happen she did not have the headset on. I asked her why did she tell us to go home and come back and she stated we did not know what else to do. Then she said I am not sure what the big deal is you got your food. I explained to her time is money and gas is 3.00 a gallon. I also advised her that she is not taking any responsibility and placing the blame on us. She sarcastically stated " it is my fault, is that what you want to hear?!" I said thank you for your sarcasm and looked at the so called manager and said you need to train your people better. As they were walking away I could see the manager consoling the employee stating don't worry about them you did all you could do.This was my perception, since there was no real accountability from either the employee or manager during our conversation Instead of apologizing for their error in a sincere way, which is all I was looking for, they kept looking for ways to place blame on us.
Go here everyday for a Sweet Tea. But the pay buy card never works. So they have to take your card inside and swipe it. Service is awesome.Food: 3/5
Honestly the worst sonic around. They’re so slow every single time. The girl who took our order today was rude and has no customer service skills. And on top of that they messed up our drinks. Boo.
Ordered a soft drink and a shake via online app. Took 15 mins to get order for them to tell me they were out of Dr.Pepper. Was very condescending when I voiced my frustration for waiting so long. Then was told to call the 800 number to get refund. It automatically hangs up when you call it. I will not be coming back to this location. Orders always take a long time to get and seems like they can't keep employees because they are always shorthanded.
