The Basic Hamburger and Fries were ICE COLD. THE HAMBURGER BUN WAS STALE AND HARD. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME AT A SONIC AND IT WAS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. I HOPE I DONT GET SICK.I tried to upload photos to the SONIC FEEDBACK WEBSITE AND I WAS BLOCKED. The dining room and kitchen are FILTHY. THE WHOLE RESTAURANT NEEDS A GUT AND REMODELING. THE CEILING IS LEAKING.. I JUST WONDER IF THE VENTILATION FILTERS HAVE BEEN CHANGED!? The basic Cone was okay but the soft serve ice cream has too much AIR in it.
I love this sonic. They are always so friendly and helpful. The manager always thanks us for our business and says be appreciates us. Even if I only purchase a bag of ice and a soda. As a family we go weekly and spend much more. It means a lot that they thank us for our business wether we spend $30 or $5.00. Thank you!
The last 3 time we have been there the food sucks. We will never go back. The counter help was great. The hamburger taste old. The fried foods are so greasey and over cooked that the sack and the box they came in was dripping with grease. There ne pickle fries suck also.Food: 1/5
They gave me tots instead of fries and asked for the tots back, which is odd but I'm pretty sure they gave em to the next customer, even though I had them in my car and I was sick. very strange
Drink was exactly what I expected. Cheese sticks were mediocre as they were not hot but not cold either. I was, however, disappointed about the carhop stalls being closed. That is the opposite of everything sonic drive-in is supposed to be about! That said, I didn’t even need to get to the window for my order to be delivered to me. I had that going for me, which is nice.
As an ex sonic staff this sonic is always a gamble 50/50 on how things should be vs are.... staff only seems to have 3 decent well mannered and well trained employees management not of them. Food always something wrong usually overcooked, under quantity. This is after several trips.
Food is Always good. Only reason they didn't get a higher score is because I didn't get any fry sauce and they forgot my drink.Food: 4/5
I've gone to this sonic with my husband at least 3x and all three times they get his order wrong. He asks for the FOOTLONG and they bring him the small chili dog every time, then when he tries to correct them they act like they did nothing wrong. Today, there was a customer just after us who had the same issue and they fixed their order but refused to do anything for ours even after we told them! Most of the stalls here don't work, the inside is awful, and the service has really sunk.
Is it standard practice to put a junior burger patty on top of the normal patty for a super sonic double???
I placed a order through DoorDash and it was completely wrong for instance the hamburgers were ordered without cheese or onions only mayonnaise ketchup and chili arrived with cheese onions and pickles
