Everything was horrible. Old cold hard fries. Ordered cheese fries all cold and hard no liquid cheese just a slice cheese barely melted. Corn dog cold and hard I asked for fresh cooked soft fries because I just had mouth surgery a couple days ago but couldn't even eat none of it. Ordered in the app and when the food came out the server just handed it to us and tried to walk away. We had to bring to her attention that we were missing a menu item. She was confused and looked at the recipe. She said oh yeah our machine is broken and tried to walk away again. When we asked about a refund she asked if we wanted something equivalent. When we said we just wanted our money back for the item she was like "uh... Oh... Well you have to do it from the app" and finally got away. After looking for 30 minutes in the app we could not find out how to get a refund so I guess it's a lost cause. I'm not even mad that that's the only way to get a refund, it's that our server was intentionally in my opinion I may be wrong trying to give us our food as fast as possible so we wouldn't notice and try to bring it up to her. She made no eye contact with us the whole time. Also side note: when we pulled up the app had crashed while the payment was processing so we had no clue if it was sent. We pressed the red button and waited 10 minutes to no reply. We had to flag down the girl as she went to another car to be sure our order had gone through. I'm not sure why but both this and the Sonic on Cobb parkway in Kennesaw feel like I'm pulling teeth to get anyone to even answer the kiosk when I want to order. It's not a sonic specific thing either I work in Norcross and they answer almost immediately and have my food out quickly.
Great place in keeping with the high standards that Sonic has set for itself. The Corn Dog has to be the best value proposition selling for $1.49. Yum! Cheeseburger pretty good. Friendly quick service.Food: 5/5
Horrible experience. Went with family during a baseball tourney and only had 45 min to eat. We pull in. Take a few minutes to figure out what we wanted and I pressed the red button. About 5 minutes later they come over the intercom and I think they tell me to order, so I start saying my order. About halfway through no one is there. I press the button again and they tell me they are only taking orders at the drive thru. This would've been nice to know before I spent 10 minutes trying to order car side. So, I go in the drive thru. Fourth in line. Another 10 minutes go by before I get to the window. I'm told to hold by a guy. A few more minutes go by and a girl says she is sorry and go ahead with my order. I start with our drinks, two ocean waters and two grape slushes. I'm told to hold again. A couple more minutes go by and she apologies and tells me to continue. I ask if she had the drinks and she tells me to start over. This time I get past the drinks to the kids meals and it happens again. Now there are like 5 cars behind me and they start honking. I've been here over 20 minutes and haven't even completed my order. She comes back and tells me to continue, I ask her what she has so far and she said I needed to start over again. At this point we had no faith our order would be correct, or if we could get it in time to get back to the ball field, so we told them not to worry about it and we went to the gas station next door for our lunch, because that's all we had time for at that point. Maybe it was just a short staffed bad day, but it was really bad and ruined our family lunch.
They really need to get some help at this location. I sat in the stall for 10 min waiting on an online order. There were only a few cars in drive thru when i got there. I ended up calling to ask if they wanted me to just pull thru. When i did not a car there. Then come to find out the blast machine was broken so couldnt get what i ordered. Got a shake instead. My wifes slush also had 0 ice in it. We had to blend ice ourselves. Not pleased!
I received molded fries with my combo and requested a full refund on my entire order. Because I couldn’t find the receipt, the only solution I was offered was to have the fries remade. SICKENING. After I found the receipt, I was only offered to have the fries refunded. I requested a full refund again and was told that I could only get the most expensive combo refunded because the food was half eaten which was a lie. We showed her all of the our food, which CLEARLY had not been half eaten. All of this was told to me by a “manager”. It shouldn’t matter how much was eaten, it’s the fact that there was MOLD on my food and I wasn’t even given an apology.
Food was hot and order was accurate. Service was very unaware of what they were doing seemed new. Food was rather bland, and the drive through line took a while. The prices are very affordable.Food: 3/5
If only you could give no stars, you all earned it tonight. Got my online receipt order at 10:19 you cleared the drive thru line but took till 10:40 to come tell me that you couldn't make any of my ice cream orders with three kids waiting in the car. Way to ruin our treat after a really long day. Unfortunately, this isn't my first run-in with you all and your really poor customer service. Get it together!!!!!!!!
I've been going to this sonic for a couple years and honestly if you have a sonic closer to your house I don't recommend this one. You could be the only person waiting on your food and you'd still be there for 10 minutes. Half the stalls have broken card readers, the building is understaffed, and my friend who worked there hated it so much they didn't even bother going back to pick up their last paycheck. The food tastes fine though.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The wait times are always ridiculous. Customer service is next to none and half the time the blast machine is “broken” - save yourself a lot of time and frustration and go to Culvers.Service: 1/5
