Crew was loud and ignored the people and front of me and basically got my meal wrong and had more than 4 people in the store at 11:30? idk what the issue was but i alone could do a better job than all of themFood: 1/5
I go there for my favorite drink which is a treat for me. The route 44 Diet cherry limeade. It's My All time favorite drink. Also I got the 2 for $7 deal. Got a chicken sandwich and Sonic burger. Burger too big and saved for breakfast the next day and was still great. The chicken sandwich was delicious and would order both again but share one lol.
Third time in 2 weeks that they have shut the ice cream machine down 3 hours or more before time to close. The first 2 times I didn't place an order. Tonight I did. We ordered 2 meals. As we pull away we realized I didn't receive my order of tater tots, a fork for my buffalo chicken,and the onion rings we received were well beyond burnt. I asked the young man before we drove off if we could please have some ranch for our chicken and onion rings. He gave me one... So upon discovering all this we turned around and went back around to the drive-thru again. Well the car that had been in front of us before was already back to the window as well so apparently something was missed who knows. When I get to the window I tell the guy how we didn't get the tots or the fork and that we hated to complain but yes those onion rings were indeed beyond overcooked. He didn't asks us so what you want lightly cooked ones? I told him just not overcooked. When he brought us the fresh onion rings and my tots back to the window I proceeded to ask him if I could get another ranch and he hatefully said well ranch is $0.53 a piece. I wasn't really worried about the $0.53 it was how it was said and the fact that it had already cost me way more than $0.53 and fuel to turn around and come back and sit through the line for a second time to get my correct order. I've been a regular customer at this place for a really long time. Lately however, the quality of food and service together, has greatly declined. Such a shame.
I got a large banana milk shake and a large peanut butter milk shake without whipped topping. Well, when he started to hand them to me they had whipped topping on both. We told him we didn't want the whipped topping. He took them back and took the whipped topping off and handed them back. When I started drinking my banana shake it had the banana flavoring and no real banana. It was awful! I just don't understand why it's so difficult to get things right. They weren't even busy!
Food was gas. Made my mouth feel good. Recommend this store. Very nice staff and very knowledgeable and intelligent owner.Food: 5/5
The food was decent flavor-wise, but the sides weren't very full. I don't expect much for a kids' meal but 5 tots isn't cutting it.Food: 3/5
This is a Reese's Sonic Blast. My Wife's Butterfinger blast turned out the same way. Sadly, not an isolated incident. Update: They served my 3 year old a discolored, rotting hotdog. Having been a Jr. Manager at this Sonic many years ago, I know they're not supposed to look like this!

They told me that I can't order more than 5 blast in one transaction. I have more than five people in my family and they refused to make everyone a blast I will not be back that is the stupidest thing I have ever heard of. They are just being lazy. The lady who took the order was absolutely incompetent. How in the world do you get fast food wrong.
When we want Sonic, this one is a good option. Their food is pretty consistent. The staff is friendly and the establishment is usually clean.Food: 4/5
